James Loesch was hired to collect a debt for a judgment that we won. He collected a fee ahead of time at a discounted rate to take over the collections. The agreement was all checks were to be paid to us. He kept telling us he did not collect it yet and we came to find out he collected it 2 months ago. When he found out we knew he wrote us an email that he would like to negotiate to pay us back in November on a monthly basis of $500 a month. After that email I received an email from another collegue that he got the same email.
