J.B. Hunt Transport They placed misleading report on my DOC Report. Now I can't get a driving job. Internet

On June 15 2010 I was involve in a minor accident (I side swiped the driver side back door a car).  I immediately called safety, they told me to call the police.  The police told me to tell JB Hunt to call the precint for a report the following day.  I went back the following day the safety manager told me to go back home and return to work the following Sunday (June 20, 2010).  The following Sunday when I returned to work, I  was told to go home and get intouch with the assistant general manager for the local office. When I called the following Monday the assistant general manager told me that I was terminated.  I called back a day later he told me that I was suspended indefinately.  Anyone have never called me concerning the status of my employment since.  I was checking my employment status on their website, and via phone until 6/28/2010 I found out that my employment status was terminated.  They made sure terminate me two days before I was suppose to recieve my vacation pay.  When they terminated me they took my dream away.  I was supposed to close on a house on June 28, I had to forfit, and I am now facing a possible law suit, and all the money that I invested is non refundable.  My kids lost their helth insurance.

Trying to get employed have been really hard.  I get it and as soon as they pull my doc report, I am turned down.  I applied for a job with Hartland Express and was told after checking my DOC report with JB Hunt, I was disqualified.  JB Hunt submitted a repost that said that I was involved in a major accident in NY.  The person was not hurt, I swiped the door and thats all that happened.  The lady drove her car form the accident scene.  I have not received a ticket or cititation as of yet 07/08/10. 

They terminated me because they did not want to pay me my vacation. The general manager told me that I was getting too much pay.  If they employ new drivers they could pay them whatever they want, but  its's hard to get the senior drivers to accept what they are offering.  If the general managers keep my money they will get it at the end of the year as a bonus.  They are only for what you can do for them now.  I fought to go to work throught all those bad snow storms and this is what I get.  By taking all they bebefits thay I worked so hard for from me is dispicible and wrong, especially my vacation pay.  They were trying to stick it to me.   God is watching  he is making every wrong right. 

If anyone have ideas on how to fight the false statement they placed on my DOC report, I am open to suggestions.
