This is a professional criminal organization headed by Jack Boyajian. He is operating a "law office" in NJ, even though he is not licensed and has been denied a law license in NJ.
JBC/Boyajian have been pursued by regulators and ordered to stop doing business in several jurisdictions. Now the name change will allow this plot to continue in all 50 states.
I am notifying the Federal Trade Commission, NJ Consumer Affairs, Better Business Bureau, State of CT, State of WV and US Postal Inspectors.
I urge everyone to do the same and bring an end to this abuse.
