Mike Parker the owner came out and listed all what we were needing done. Three days later Chad Crenshaw his son-n-law bought out a written estimate. We looked it over compared it to the other estimates and decided to go with JBC.
We made 4 payments to this company from September, 2010 to November, 2010 last payment was not made because work was not completed. The Closet is unfinished no shelves or racks have been installed, the master bathroom shower and sink are in but (no shower door or lights or any of the accessories have been installed).
The hall bath has not been touched at all. We have called Mike and Chad and each time one or the other promises to get someone out to complete the job but no one ever shows. It was also agreed upon that the trash be removed daily, our back yard looks like a junk yard.
Everything that Mike Parker and Chad Crenshaw have started is incomplete. Please do no use these guys or you will be ripped off.
