JBC Legal Group - P.C. fraudulent debt claim stolen SSN liars Blooomfield Beverly Hills New York New Jersey California

I first recieved a phone call a couple of months ago from JBC Legal Group who said that they were attempting to collect a debt of mine. The supposed amount owed was $637 from Verizon, which concidentally is a dissolved company in my area now. At first I took the call seriously because they had my social security number so when they asked for my address I gave it to them. I continued to ask them more questions about my alleged debt and I found out that several long distant phone calls had been made in 1992.

Then I began to really question all of this because I was only 12 in 1992 and I never lived or knew anyone from the two cities that they listed. Finally today, the day this file is being reported (7/13/04), I actually recieved a letter from them concerning my alleged debt. I made several calls to their office and on each occasion no one was able to get me in touch with a lawyer or answer any of my investigatory questions. I checked their letter for any discrepancies with the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act of 2004 and they obviously did not follow it.

I plan on reporting their activities to everyone and anyone, including the FBI and BBB (of course). What really makes me angry and scared is that they had my social security number. Please spread the word concerning the fraudulent JBC Legal Group.
