After i looked into it more by calling PP&L they said they have no record of such a bill and they never sold anything to NCO or JBC.. HUGE SCAM.. Do not pay them a dime, call them and tell them that. Also follow-up with your state rep abd demand action.. the more of us the do it the faster we could stop this...
