Don't GO TO JC PENNEY SALON , I WENT THERE FOR ABOUT 4 TIMES TRYING TO JUST HAVE HIGHLIGHTS THAT LOOK GOOD & IM A STYLIST MYSELF JUST CANT DO MY OWN HAIR. I USE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BUT THEY CLOSED DOWN :( . This Salon JCPENNY AT PIER PARK IN PCB,FL did nothing when I called and spoke with the stylist and told her it looked bad and, let her know how it use to be done (made suggestion again) , They just said they couldn't get it any lighter . I know you can Its a drabby looking blonde not platinum. Anyway I tried it her way but each time making suggestions , then this fourth time I did not like my hair at all neither did my husband I called back and let them know this and canceled my fifth appt , Like I said they dont care just said they couldn't get it lighter without damaging my hair, but I KNOW BETTER! They just want to so I guess I have to go pay someone else again, I always tipped her $25 on top of my service so not like I didn't tip good, then I had to pay $127 for my services. DONT GO YOU WILL BE SORRY AND THEY WONT MAKE IT RIGHT!
