Hello me and my wife purchased a vehical from jdbyryder in jan of 2005. With in 2 days of having it, it wouldn't start so we got it towed through there BG on the road service to the jdbyryder shop. They told us they would fix our car it would be fixed the next day then we went and picked it up with in 4 hours the car was back at the shop because it was still doing the same thing.

At that point I told them they needed to rent me a vehicle because I had just rented one the night before so they did that was cool. But now it is only may 2005 and we have had are car in there 4 or 5 times and they still aren't fixing what has been wrong the last 3 times it has been there so I called our rep and asked what to do they told me to call the repair guy back and have him look at it again we are paying over 10 thousand $ for this peice of sh** and I am not sure what to do.

Then today my wife called and told them we wanting to switch to bi weekly payments and the kept giving her the run around why she shouldn't do it and she just told them no I want to switch it now; just switch it. So that worked out. Then this evening I was at hom with my kids and my rep called me and tried telling me my wife called a couple days ago and did this (wich she called today) and told me we needed to pay a three weeks payment which is $255. So I asked her why and she kept saying do it this time then next time you're a week ahead and you only have to pay a two week payment. I said no I don't under stand and I was getting pissed. So I was like whatever I am still not understanding. I will let my wife know and she can call you back.

Then my wife called her back and told her we would not be paying 3 weeks. We would only pay two and explained to her how we only had to pay two weeks worth and she agreed. Then my wife starting talking about all the problems and she said can I get the number of your work? I will call you back. I have a customer, hung up and never called back. Why are they screwing us yes regardless if we keep paying it helps build our credit but then in the end we got screwed. Please help I need to figure out what I can do?
