JEFF WYLER AUTOMOTIVE FAMILY - DEALERSHIP -/GROUP/CORPORATION/ LAWRENCEBURG, IN INTRUSIVE- INVASION- PERSONAL SAFETY AND PRIVACY LAWRENCEBURG Indiana

 Myself and my 18 yr old son visited Jeff Wyler car dealership in Lawrenceburg, IN We were looking to make a purchase on a used car. I'm quite certain that many customers have experienced the many sales tactic's and sales strategies that sales staff often use to earn your business... So there isn't much need to detail this experience..However, I'm quite certain that the following information is Certainly Inexcusable and should be considered as Harassment, Invasion of my Personal Privacy and SAFETY!!

While we were at the dealership, the sales consultant asked numerous questions about my employment, my income, my credit etc. I politely explained to him that I am a very cautious and private person, Especially because I am a single mother and explained that we would discuss information on an as needed basis, if my son and I select a vehicle to purchase.

During our dealership visit we did not make a vehicle purchase, for the following reasons: Inventory was very limited and did not have a great selection to offer towards achieving our purchase goals. The Following day, The male sales consultant that we worked with at the dealership showed up at my home in Kentucky, I was unavailable and my son answered the door and was shocked to see this man at our house. This sales consultant told my son that he had tried to contact us by phone and we didn't answer his call.... He stated that the dealership had a vehicle that may be of our interest, Yet, he relayed very limited info...  SERIOUSLY!!!  What right did this JEFF WYLER employee have to come to my home and invade my personal privacy and safety.???

Also, Please make it known that in No Way What So Ever did I invite nor did I imply any invitation to any male or female employee/sales staff to show up at my residence, In fact I politely made many statements about being a very private person and very selective with whom I discuss my personal and financial business with, along with the fact that while I was at the Dealership I had several calls on my cell phone, of which I ignored, and I stated to the sales consultant that I don't answer calls from my cell while I'm conducting business or at any other times when I'm busy and it's my choice to return calls. And Get This>> He Agreed!

Regardless The Bottom Line Is That NO WAY Should Any Sales Consultant, Nor Sales Staff, Nor Any JEFF WYLER employee be allowed to show up univited and unsolicited to ANY Potential Customers home simply because that customer had a previous  visit to the dealership. This matter should be considered as extreme harassment, along with so very many concerns of my personal safety!!   WOULDN"T YOU AND ANYONE ELSE READING THIS AGREE?
