 paid these people 2300.00 to help with a loan modification  july of 2012 , they came up with a one yeae  deal , so what , i told them i was un happy  and spoke to jeff smith , i received this email from sandra henderson head of negotiations

i am advising you that 10 8 months after you have made the payments. please contact to  resubmit your request for modification. there will be no charge at the JAS legal team when we resubmit your file.

i have been trying for weeks to get in touch with them and  have  had no luck.
