JIM WALTER HOME AND WALTER MORTGAGE CO LIED, CHEATED, SENT FRAUDULENT PAPER WORK TO COUNTY INSPECTIONS OFFICE, CUT TRUSSES, USED BROKE TRUSSES, WALLS NOT TIED IN, SHORTED US 16" IN CEILING HEIGHTH,TRIED TO TRICK US INTO TENDERING,WANTS US PELHAM, Alabama

We bought a home in 07. We are still trying to get things fixed at our home and it is 2011.   They used broken trusses,they cut our trusses, they did not tie in walls, our kitchen does not look at like the model, they shorted us 16" on celing heighth.  they cut the floor joist under our house so now the wall is a load bearing wall.  An engineer was suppose to come and correct the problems.  JWH said an engineer came to our house and fixed the issues.  They lied and admitted lieing and sent fraudualent paperwork to the County inspections office, the Attorney Generals office etc. They have never finished the electrical final, the building finale was to pass only with a letter from an engineer which JWH sent one but is was fraudulent.  Building has not finaled because of false paperwork.  we can not get a certificate of occupancy for our home.  They tried to trick us into tendering but we did not sign nothing.  They wanted us to settle with them.  They want us to take an offer from them which included us fixing our own house.  they are crooks and they all work together.  They want to take our house from then fix it and resell it.  it was cheaper for them to allow us to go thru arbitration than to clean up their mess.  We are now going to be forclosed on in 30 days if we dont' come up with the money they say we owe.
