We had a real ripoff job done to us and it is still happening i finally hired a lawyer who knows these crooks well and i pray that justice will be done the home was built in august of 2008 and to this day is not finished and is falling apart the house has been leveled three times water still runs in my back door when it is raining hard none of the house even looks close to what it is supposed too i have pics of the model and my home and they do not even look close to what I have and the salepeople were the biggest liars of all but they are all now selling for the company that replaced jw so they wont be hard to find for court and i hope that anyone who reads this will tell everyone that it is the same old liars trying to sell homes at that location in corpus christi

If you live in texas and are having these same problems please find me and i will give you the name of my lawyer so he can help you too my home is falling apart and I am sure yours is too and please check your paperwork the woman worrking in the jw in corpus was putting alot of people on whats known as a rent to own of lawaway plan my neighbor was told that what she has we are going town to town to find jw home owners and get them informed so we can fight together we are 6 strong at this point and i know we will be growing

i havent had any rest since being ripped by jach, lon and norine and feel as though anyone who buys from the corpus ;location under new owners will get ripped off they will lie to you and take you to the cleaners please dont let them win we have to fight for what is ours and make them fix our homes even though they closed down we have rights call my attorney MR Hector Gonzelez and lets let them know we have rights and we are not going to let them sell us crappy homes and we want justice served i was very badly treated by them and my mother in law fell down the shoddy steps and jach got angry and said she shoudl be more careful

he didnt file a report she paid her own doctors bill and noone even checked to see if she was ok the list goes on and on these people are cruel and heartless and will get away will ripping us off if we dont fight so please let us help you too right now i am looking for texas victims only but maybe soon we will be looking in other states too please we have to ban together for our homes and our families future WE HAVE RIGHTS DONT LET JIM WALTER HOMES AND JIM WALTER MORTGAGE TAKE THEM FROM US FIGHT FOR WHATS RIGHTFULLY YOURS THERES ALMOST THREE PAGES OF DEFECTS IN MY HOME AND IT HAS NEVER BEEN FINISHED IF YOU ARE A VICTIM LET MY ATTORNEY KNOW YOU WANT TO FIGHT FOR YOUR RIGHTS TOO
