JK HARRIS And COMPANY INCOMPETENCE, DISRESPECT, CONFLICT OF INTEREST CHARLOTTE South Carolina

It had been nearly 9 months since contracting with JKHarris for 3300.00 to handle an IRS audit. Nothing has been resolved and since getting JKHarris involved, my tax bill has expanded by nearly 50% not including penalties, as well as a potential new audit for another year.

The case worker did not respond to me on a timely basis, I had to track her down, and she cancelled numerous meetings with the IRS, leading them to recalculate my tax year due to JKHarris' lack of competence.

To make matter worse, the case worker assigned to me was actually the IRS agents boss in the past, and since this could have posed a conflict of interest, I should have been made aware of this, and the case worker should have given the case over to another representative in my opinion.

Not only has time gone by without a resolution, but the emotional stress that the case worker, and quite frankly everyone at JKHarris, has caused medical issues that were known to them, to have flaired up to a nearly devastating effect.

I have terminated their service, retained a lawyer to convene legal action if this issue is not resolved in a completely satisfactory manner.

Their approach to me has been completely incompetent, disrespectful, lacksidasical, and unprofessional.

DONT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR YOUR IRS ISSUES.
