JK HARRIS How Take Action to Close JK Harris CHARLESTON, , South Carolina

If you are reading this, you probable have been ripped off by JK Harris and Monica Linder. If you have tried to get your money back, and they give tyou the "Lost your file", "we've provided services for research, so you only get back $0", excuse. there is a way to fight back.

 

If you are a citizen of West Virginia, Arkensas, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maine, MAssachusetts, Michigan, Minnisota, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, tennassee or Vermont you can call your Attorney General's office. In June 2008, these states agreed to a Consent Order filed by the Attorneyt General of West Virginia, 08-C-1131. As part of that Consent Order, JK Harris agreed to certain stipulations. 

 

Without having to go into each paragraph, (there are 41), JK Harris has not changed their ways, they keep your money without providing services, they use decptive practices, etc. You should be able to get a copy of the Conset Order and Complaint from your Ag. 

 

I recently asked under my state, (MA), and (WV), under the freedom of information act for information on Para, 41, 43. Paragaraph 41,  says that JK Harris is supppose to conduct undercover interviews with it's employee's for three years, and file quarterly reports for the AG in each state. Paragraph 43, states that JK Harris is suppose to keep an accurate list of "Each written complaint, arbitation demand, and lawsuit received, from a consumer in West Virginia."

I am confident that JK Harris has not abided by the Consent Order, and by placing a complaint with your respective AG, you could have them back in court.

The kicker is that the stipulations under the Consent order run out after three years, so that would be June 8, 2011. ACT QUICKLEY!!!!!
