JK-Harris & Company Refused to pay back my refund check of $1,632.00 for already terminated contract i had with them. North Charleston North Carolina

I was owing the IRS some back taxes as of 2006, then i consulted JK-Harris who represents clients having tax problems with the IRS in Nov. of 2006. I was charged $2,500.00 for their services.

Meanwhile, i was owing the IRS the sum of $7,500.00, while New York State was $1,926.00 as at the time i filed my petition with them.But unfortunately they couldn't deliver their promises of having the IRS write off my debt.

So, i decided to tackle the IRS by myself. In December of 2007 i filed a notice requesting a refund to get all my money back i paid to JK-Harris, and i was sent a refund form in Feb, of 2008 which i filled out and sent to them right away.

But up till date i haven't got any check from them.
Instead, they keep writting me that they were having problems with their system, Which i think is not true.
Even after slashing the initial amount of $2,500.00 i paid them to $1,632.00 yet they feel reluctant to payback my money.

And because of thier delay in tackling the IRS, interest and penalties of $850.00 were charged to the money i already owed the IRS and NYS.

I have tried every means to have them pay me my refund of $1632.00 but all to no avail. I just hope you people can do something on my behalf.My case # with JK-Harris is: (748450)
