JKG Development, Babuski LLC, Jamal El Jwaidi, Jean Marc Joveidi, PG Plaza Non-Payment of Fees Las Vegas Nevada

I have not been paid for services provided to this company. A formal contract was signed and fees were to be paid upon successful completion of the services which occurred about a year ago. Since then Jamal El Jwaidi (aka Jean Marc Joveidi) has on a weekly basis said that I would be paid by the end of the week or next week because insert a reason. This has gone on for months and it is now clear he has no intention of paying me. It is now my belief that he never had any intention of paying me.

In addition, I know that he has borrowed money from others and they are not being repaid per his agreement with them either. They are receiving the same run around that I have been receiving.
