The same thing has happened to me just as the others have discribed. I saw the ad in the paper, When I called a girl who called herself "Allysia" told me to wait a minute so she could see if there were anymore positions available in my state, wouldnt you know they only had I position left.

I sent out my check. While waiting for my materials I started to look up info on JMW. Learning it was a scam I tried to get my money refunded. I called allysia back but she always seemed to be out. I told the person on the line"Dan" I wanted a refund, he told me I would have to contact another number where I spoke with "Vanessa" she too gave me another number. From there I went through another 7 people all with the same story. I asked to speake with a supervisor "Carolyn" who also always seemed to be out. I must have left over 25 messages on her machine. Still tell this day she hasnt returned my calls. I was lucky though, my bank was able to stop payment on the check. Please dont send your money to these people there rip offs.

this is a scam!

AUTHOR: Lorna - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, January 05, 2004

I worked at the job (HUD refunds) for 90 days, just like JMW Financial states as one of the conditions for the refund at the end of that time. What people are missing is the other condition: You have to send 30 PROOFS (envelopes that are returned to you because the address is wrong, and the post office is unable to deliver the mail) that indeed shows them you have worked the program. I was 4 envelopes short of the 30, and I did not hear from them after I returned all the items they specified in the booklet. I sent a second letter advising that I would "take this to the next level" if they did not refund my $98. It took 4 weeks, instead of the 5 business days they originally stated but I did get my $98 refund. I also experienced conflicting answers to questions when I called the training number to get help once I started. However, all of my calls were returned in a very timely manner. I agree, this is a scam!
