jnj express has a lease program, that is bascally a ripoff, you have to be real cool with dispatch, or you will get just enough miles to pay for your truck, but take home nothing more, they give all the heavy loads to the lease drivers, while they give all the light loads to their companny drivers, the dispatchers picks and chooses you make money and who dont, you have drivers in this program who has not been paid or made any money in well over 2 months, the company makes money on the lease drivers, by having them to wait all day on loads, the company loads, while the driver get paid nothing, the drivers work under force dispatch, yet when the driver dont make any money, theres nothing done at all, yet the company gets out of paying for fuel and the driver is force to pick up and deliver their loads and makes nothing at all, the owners act as if nothing is wrong with this, you have drivers loseing everything, yet the company still prosper. ..... somebody should investigate this company and the drivers, past and present should be compensated and the program close down, this company is crooks, they have contracts with ups, fedex, estes and averitt express, yet the dispatchers forces the lease drivers to haul the company contract loads, which is mainly ltl, and the drivers makes nothing. please investigate this company and if you are thinking about doing lease with this company, please dont, please talk to the other lease drivers and past lease drivers first, this company is also racist, they have many blacks in the lease program and about 95 percent of them quit of fail within 2 months, mainly because they do not make any money, and they have only one black person in the office, please beware. there are investigatigation going on now, eeoc complaint, attorney gerneral complaints and department of labor complaints as well. run from this company fast.
