okay, where to begin, there is a lot to explain..  JNL Party Services also known as JNL DJ Services, Cheap Indiana DJ, Indy PC Doctor, Indy Party rentals and who knows what other names or web addresses they are using, this company as a collective under the master account name of JNL Party Services which was once changed from the preceeding name of JNL Dj Services, as I am sure they exhausted the reputation of that name and had to change it to continue doing business (That is a guess do not state as a fact), however, These companies are ran by a Jeff Wildauer and Lisa Miles.  I had the ability to meet them one day when a friend of mine went to get some printing done at a place called Nuway Press ran by a gentleman named Jeremy (Who by the way is a nice guy and even though he is in the same building with Jeff and Lisa I pay him no illed will, he is a single guy running a press and does it quite well, I would recommend him to anyone), anyways back to the story, my friend was speaking with Jeff and Jeff was talking about needing a few extra Djs, so my friend called and told me, since I am after all a disc jockey and have been a lot longer then Jeff's company has been around, I figured I could use some extra work so I called him and set up a meeting, we met and went over a few things, found out we both were good with computers and even exchanged some work ideas. 

Jeff began to use me as a DJ the following weekend, but he still had a few shows to fill, so he asked me if I knew anyone who could DJ for him, well I have been DJing for over 15 years so ofcourse I knew a few DJs, I sent him a total of 2 DJs full time and 1 on and off, we all worked for him for about 2 weeks, at which time the first DJ decided he would no longer work for Jeff, 3 days later the second DJ decided the same thing, I gave jeff and extra week to try to get things organized and then I too decided it was in my best interest to stop working for him.  Let me explain some of what was going on durring this time.  First of all the very first event I did for Jeff was a wedding in Franklin, Indiana, He told me 3 days before hand, about the event and said he was going to send me to this event, I asked him for the details such as location, directions, wedding coordination sheet, etc.. as I like being prepared for events when I show up, Jeff said he would get them too me, he called me the next day and said he was going to have me do a sweet 16 party instead, again he had no details to give to me at that time, on the day of the wedding he called me with 3 hours before the wedding that is 3 hours to prepare for the wedding in Franklin, and told me to make sure to be there on time, He gave me a wedding coordination sheet that was 6 pages long and a song list of songs to have ready within 3 hours (3 hours being the actual start time of the wedding) so in reality I had a 40 minute drive, 30 minute setup which subtracted from the 3 hours left me 1 hour and 50 minutes left to prepare a songlist that would take me about 1 hour and 30 minutes to prepare, I did my best and got everything ready then headed to Jeff's for the paperwork and directions, Jeff had none of this ready and told me I would have to wait for him to get it done, he finally got me the directions and contract paperwork with 30 minutes till showtime, I headed to the wedding and ofcourse was late, the wedding party was unhappy as expected but I explained I was a last minute replacement DJ and somehow made things right with them, when I left that wedding they were giving me praises and asking for business cards, since I was there for Jeff I gave out his cards. 

 I returned to jeff the next day for payment and he could only afford to give me half untill 2 days later, which I said was fine.  The next few shows I did for him was the same, he never had paperwork ready, never knew where he was sending me until the last minute, always made me late for shows and someone how I still managed to win the customers over, in fact there was a wedding I did in Nashville, Indiana which again I had no details for till the last minute in fact he didn't even have an address or actual location for the wedding, until 20 minutes before I was supposed to be there AND setup for this wedding, the drive to Nashville, Indiana was a 1 hour and 10 minute drive plus my 30 minutes to set up and I was supposed to be there in 20 minutes when he finally got me the location, these customers were furious and wondering if they even had a DJ coming, the lady told me she called Jeff 9 times, he would answer his phone then hang up on her, I asked him to call them and let them know I was on my way, He said no problem, the lady said he never contacted her at all and avoided her calls when she called, AGAIN somehow, I managed to leave that customer with a smile in fact before I left she handed me a $50.00 tip and said thank you so much for making the wedding fun.  All of this with Jeff avoiding her calls and not contacting her at all. 

I left there giving Jeff once again a good name as a DJ firm.  but this was my last show with Jeff, and I will never work for him again nor will any DJ I am in contact with or friends with.  His office was unorganized to say the least, he could never find a customer invoice, never knew exactly what shows he had booked for sure, never could afford to pay the DJs until far after the job was done, Jeff ran serveral other businesses as well such as Indy PC Doctor aka indypcdoctor.com, which he asked me if I could help him out on since he ws not good at fixing computers, (which I think is strange since he had been running this company since before I came along) but I agreed, I even redesigned his website from a small little 9 or 10 page HTML site to a $2,000.00 Custom FLash PHP User Based CMS Website, he did small favors for me such as load me a projector for the football games and so on so I didn't ask for money for the web design.  I had a total of 1 actual job for the computer repair company for him which he said he never got the money from the guy and couldn't pay me for, He also runs a company called Indy Party Rentals, which again he was asking for help on as well for deliveries and such, I went to court for him to verify the authenticity of a Saved History file for a previous wedding he had done before I met him, he told me he would pay me for this job as well since I am a licensed computer tech and software engineer, again never seen moneys from this as well. 

When I finally had came to the decision to stop working for him and helping him, he got angry and said he was going to charge me for the projector he loaned me and a few other items he had loaned me from his rental business from time to time, so I sent him a bill for the webdesign, lol no pun intended.  That was the end of our business relationship, in short I have been wronged by this company in many ways, but I am not worried about the money they owe me, My MAIN CONCERN is to YOU!!!!! the CONSUMER as this man should not be in business at all, let alone offering DJ services for wedding events, A Wedding is someone's special day, it is a day you will remember for the rest of your life, one bad memory on this day can cause ill feelings for a lifetime.  I am no longer working with Jeff so there is no telling who he has working for him now as far as DJs go, but unless they are as good at smoothing things over with the customers as I was, then I would assume there will be a lot of unhappy customers.  In an added note I have decided to start my Own DJ Firm, since I felt bad for the DJs I sent to Jeff and was hoping I could get them some business, the right way.  I am not going to list the name of my firm on this site as I do not want this to appear to be a battle for customers, I definatley do not need to battle, I have handled many weddings and events in my 15 years of DJing and even handled some Celebrity Weddings as well.  I will say this as I am very well known around this town for my services, my DJ Name is MAGIC, using that name if you look around abit I am sure you can find me.  The bottom line is please be carefull if you are looking to hire JNL Party Services, Cheap Indiana DJ, JNL DJ Service, Indy PC DOctor, Indy Party Rentals or any other business associated with these two people, they do not know how to run a business and do not treat their customers or employees well at all.
