JOHN WINCEWICZ SOLD TO ME A NON EXISTENT AIRCRAFT OLYMPIA Washington

I sold an airplane to Eustaquio Manis ( from Chile ) back in December. He asked if I could assist him with the paperwork necessary to export the aircraft to Chile? It took several weeks for "his hired representatives" to conclude thier work! Meanwhile, he blames me for the delay, then calls my home and THREATENS MY FAMILY!

Here is an Email he sent me stating that he has "No Problem" with the fees?

Hi John, lets not fight over things that got us both out of context, remember that I told you from the first day,that I was willing to pay for you services regarding the a/c?? But you always were unavelaibl!e ,promised to email, and so on!!
When we meet in Olympia, I willgive you the fees you ask. I have no problem with that.
I got upset with you, but i think you can understand why, your treatment of this issue has been very light, I know it can take some time but I was always asking you if everything is ok, I kept waiting, no problem. All this got me fed up, and exploded in such a way that gave me all doubts about you. I think you and me can make up things.
Again I apologize for all the bad words, and as I told you before, I will give my personal excuses to your family when we meet in Olympia.


Long story Short, He picked up the plane, stiffed me for $500.00 of the Hangar rental, cost me several days of my time, without compensation!

So, who is the bad guy after all? You tell me?

Mr Manis was just sure that I had "RIPPED HIM OFF" without actually making sure of the fact before posting it on the Internet!

He had my home phone number, my cell phone number, and my address!

I stored the plane 9 MONTHS in a Hangar I was paying for! When it came down to him finally picking up the plane, he would only give me part of the money! $500.00 less than the actual fee! I helped him take the wing off of the plane using "MY TOOLS"! I waited all day at home for a shipment he had sent there! ( the hottest day of our summer and I sat and waited for "HIS" crate while my Jet Ski sat on my trailer! ( I DIDN'T GET TO GO TO THE LAKE! ON THE HOTTEST DAY OF OUR SUMMER! ) I GAVE A RENTAL COMPANY "MY" drivers license number, waited for the forklift to show up, then signed for it! ( they would not rent to someone without a local address!) Another day wasted!

So......... "WHO IS THE BAD GUY HERE?"

FINALLY AS OF TODAY JUNE 12, 2008, JOHN WINCEWICZ AND I COULD COME TO AN AGREEMENT AND SOLVE ALL OF THE PROBLEMS WE HAD RESPECTING THE AIRCRAFT SALE, WE AGREED IT WAS A LACK OF COMUNICATIONS DUE TO THE DISTANCE THAT SEPARATES US , ONE CONTINENT IN BEETWEN, AND ALL OFF MY WORRIES WERE CLEARED.
I CAN SAY THAT JOHN WINCEWICZ IS A MAN OFF HONOR AND THAT HE RESPONDED TO ALL MY EXCPECTATIONS.
REGARDING THE AIRCRAFT, IT REALLY EXISTS AND I'M GOING TO MEET MR. WINCEWICZ AND FAMILY SOON.
I WOULD LIKE TO APOLOGIZE IN PUBLIC TO JOHN WINCEWCIZ, AND MAKE CLEAR THAT ALL THIS DISPUTE WAS DUE MAINLY TO A LACK OFF COMMUNICATIONS AND LETING TIME GO BUY. I FINALLY LIKE TO EXPRESS MY DEEPEST APOLIGIES TO MR. WINCEWICZ'S FAMILY.
I WILL LIKE TO RETRACT ALL MY WORDS THAT I SAID AGAINST MR. WINCEWICZ.

HAVE FINALLY HAD A EMAIL FROM J. WINCEWICZ, AFTER HUNDREDS OFF CALLS TO HIS ANSWERING MACHINE, STATING THAT I WAS RUDE WITH HIM AND FAMILY AND THAT I THREATEN HIM ON THE PHONE, WHAT CAN YOU EXCPECT AFTER MONTHS AND MONTHS OF NO COMUNICATION. HE NOW WANTS ME TO PAY HIM MORE MONEY!!!!!!
UNBELIVABLE TO SAY THE LEAST, ALSO TOLD ME THAT I THREATEN HIS FAMILY ON THE PHONE AND THAT IT WAS A FELONY AND PUNISHABLE.

I WAS REALLY UPSET AND UNGRY WITH HIS TREATMENT OF THIS DEAL, WHAT HE EXCPECTS THAT I WAIT FOREVER!!!!!

I SEE THAT MY CASE IS VERY SIMILAR TO OTHER CASE STATED HERE IN RIP OFF REPORT.

AND LAST HE SAYS HE WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ELSE UNLESS I PAY HIM FOR ALL THIS MONTHS OF RENTAL OF THE HANGAR WHERE THE AIRPLANE IS KEPT??? NEVER HAVE SEEN THE AIRPLANE .
I WAS VERY NAIVE IN THIS DEAL THINKING HE WAS AN HONEST PERSON. I READ VERY GOOD THINGS ABOUT JOHN WINCEWICZ BEFORE ALL THIS, SO TO ME THIS IS REALLY VERY REGRETABLE.
NOW I'M WAITING AGAIN, HAVE NO ANSWER ON THE PHONE........
