Seriously, I came upon this site when I googled my landlords name looking to rent another property from him. Had to say something after I read what was written. First of all whats whack is to write about someones personal life when your whinning about a business situation. Its just wrong to try to bring someone down cause you had a bad experience. You dont have to go into the mans personal biz. Why would a landlord put anyone out when they are a good & paying tenant. Right, they wouldnt. You pay your rent to the dude and he's more then cool. I have done business with him and have always been treated right. Why did you do business with him if he was such a shady guy?  Tryin to say Im a friend of his im just a tenant but dont care about his personal life. SOunds like someone maybe liked him or maybe this was written by his ex wife. Too strange. Pay your rent & I bet no landlord gonna put you out. 

I'm so g;ad that your friends with this dude good for you. Please tell me why when you look this company up on the internet Ripoff Reports is the first thing that comes up? That's not good for any company that is so truthful and in order like you say. I'm so sorry you feel that so many people are whack and feel the same way about this dude and his company. It's just so funny to me that most of the comments about this company are from people who has never met each other a day in our lives, yet we all been through some bulls**t with this dude. Maybe a long time ago he was a good person and his company was on point, but dig this people change when money is on the line. So maybe you should do some more research on your good buddie before you try to come at people.

Sounds like someone has a personal issue with the company and this man. I have known Jorge as a businessman and landlord for many years & can say that he has ALWAYS done me right. I would be homeless if it werent for him. I live in a building he owns that people destroy and vandalize as much as they can get away with. I have seen people steal his refridgerators & stoves & deface his property over and over again. He continues to make repairs and fix things. I can tell you that I always have had everything in my place fixed fast and he has always treated me good. Maybe these people on here didnt PAY i see and hear it all the time. My nieghbors bitch cause they dont pay there bill. When you expect people to let you live for free on his dime you dont got room to fuss. Hes a good family man and I see him let people stay and front utility bills for them cause they got kids. You people are whack & obviously not being truthful. Shame on you.

Sorry to hear you rented a place from him. You should be glad to have moved on. You should contact the IRS if you paid in cash and let them know he may be evading paying taxes one your rent money.

ALSO he is legally responsible for your stuff for 30 days, you might want to get an attorney and sue his loser A$$.
From what i hear, he has a lot of property locally in Philly as well. God help those poor b******.

I just went through the same thing with this guy. He's a low life and a rip-off. I was at my apartment for 3yrs. Any work that needed to be done they could never find any contractors to stay and work for him because he didn't want to pay them. He had my family and I with out hot water for three days because he didn't want to fix the hot water heater. My husband had to get with him b4 he would even come out and fix it. I just moved out went back to clean the place out and my belongings were gone someone had came in and stole my stuff. It's okay because what goes around comes around again and again and again. I would never use their services again. I wouldn't even tell my worst enemy to rent or buy from them. I'm calling L&I on them to report the electric thing they have going on in that apartment. It's three different apartments and only the 1st and the 2nd floor has to pay for electric. He's renting the basement out which isn't paying any bills at all but the rent. PLEASE tell me what's wrong with this picture? Anyone that comes in contact with this guy do us all a favor and RRRRRUUUUUUUUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN
