Looks like we have the same story along with SEVERAL other women!!! He may have been put in jail but it did not teach him any lessons! He lives to victimize innocent people. Several of us would love to hear from you so we can come together and take legal action against him.

Ryan, Just because you use my IP and name on here I am not afraid of you and if you threaten me again I will go to the local DA with ALL the evidence I have been compiling against you and show them that you are up to your old schemes!! All who reads this don't believe victim no more. This person was caught in a bold face lie in another posting on here. They claim that some rebuttals where faked even though they are clearly signed by the original author. Also this person claims tha Mr. Brown is someone else living in Texas. After spending five minutes on google I found that Mr. Brown lives in Washington State. Pretty hard not to miss since he has a website and the Whois info gives his telephone number to a location in Washington.

Also, I searched the Internet as (LEGAL suggested) on vanderberry.com. The business is owned by a Rodney Berry not a Vnderbrown This info was found by searching Texas corporate records from their website. If you search far enough there actually was a blog about Mr. Berry which states that the person you are attacking on here left the company due to illegal dealings by Mr. Berry.

I personally think that the poster who started this thread has two people mixed up. That's what happens with net detectives, arm chair quarterbacks, scorned lovers, and scammers.

I hate when people do this on this site. They take personal grudges out on here. By the way vnderbrown has been married for a long time according to court records found on the vital statistics site in Texas. It also appears that he is a college grauduate and has own the same home for 5 years. All this information was found doing simple searches on google, spokeo.com, and using the search function in county clerk tax records which are free to search. If these two guys were the same person, I personally don't think so, it sounds like he would of never made it off of probation and it sounds like if you had any merit to your story, you would of called them everyday and they would of arrested them.

If I was vnderbrown I would sue the crap out you! It appears that mr brown has been in doc custody from 4/2/2005 until 10/19/2010. Kind of hard for him to be in Texas while in doc custody or probation. Also seems that he had a ton of fees to pay (verified through lexis law) and seems to had paid them off. Pretty hard to do if you don't have a "pot to piss in".

Lastly, I searched two of these so called "dummy companies" I say two as that is all I found in my limited search. They are very legit companies according to Dunn and Bradstreet. They hold an A rating all rated by customers.

We stated all we had to state in our first reply. We provided proof to prove that the extortion attempts were just that. We provide a way for anyone to do their own search and find out that what we claimed is true. We did not spit out lies, libel, and comments set out destroy a legitimate company and a legitimate person.

We did receive the following information. The person who posted this message came from the IP 75.108.84.99. They have an internet account with Suddenlink Communications and have filed a statement of abuse with their abuse department. Not only has this person, harassed an innocent person, but they are now harassing clients of this company.

Unlike the person who started this, we will not release their information at this point. However, we know who it is, and if this libel doesn't stop now, their full information we be released in our next reply if needed. We hope that this person will move on with their own life and stop harassing an innocent party and his family, clients, and friends.

We hope this person will stop the bantering of an innocent person. However, we have taken actions which includes the contacting of the Montgomery County Sheriff and will be filing a restraining order first thing Monday morning. We will not be extorted nor will we allow libel comments to be posted.

This is also a notice to BSG to cease and desist any further postings in this matter. Any further libelous postings will result in litigation for the damages you have caused and any future damages you may cause. Further more, any further postings by you will result in total disclosure of your full identity included DOB, spouse, and criminal history.

 As you can see there is an immediate rebuttal from this guy saying that I am an extortionist...LOL  This is what he does he always makes it looks like he has lawyers and what not to back him when it is really just him pretending to be yet another alias. Trust me I know who this guy is and how he operates. If anyone else has been victimized by him I would love to hear from you! Maybe if enough of us get together we can send him back to jail because he is obviously never gonna go legit and STOP all this conning!

 Yes his real name is Ryan Lloyd Brown DOB 4-10-73 and he has been out of jail for a while its just that his probation ended Oct 19th 2010 as I received notification from the Oregon VINE network.

Ryan why don't you just get a real life and quit all the crap? Just leave decent hardworking people ALONE!

The person who filed this report (victim no more) first tried to extort the person who is associated with this post. We are in the process of submitting a subpoena to find the true identity of the poster of this post.

Once the identity is known, the matter will be turned over to the authorities who are working with us in this case. We plan of on prosecuting the individual to the fullest extent both criminally and civilly.

Let us state the the person whom this poster is claiming Vanderbrown is, is not associated with Ryan Brown, and owns a legitimate company that is on file with the State of Texas. There are no complaints filed with the BBB or with the State against his company nor has there ever been. In fact, after our background check of this so called Ryan Brown, we discovered that he was only released from the Department of Corrections on October 19th, 2010. This is just further proof that Mr. Vanderbrown is not Ryan Brown and clearly shows that (victim no more) is a extortionist.

The person who filed this post demanded a payment of 10,000.00 or they would go after the integrity of the mentioned person and his company. This is just another way the internet has triggered a new breed of criminals.
