If you are thinking about doing business with JSP Entertainment, or hiring them for your next party, I would highly recommend that you reconsider and look elsewhere for a DJ or entertainment service in San Antonio TX.  Garbriel Lara, the owner of this San Antonio company, is a nasty individual who treats people with disrespect. He will mislead you, lie to you, and most importantly just be plain rude to you. 

One thing I have learned from doing good business is treating all customers and potential clients with respect.  An important lesson, you can tell Gabe has never learned in his lifetime of doing business.  I have read nightmare stories about his parties he has thrown and would never consider hiring him for an event, especially if it was for my family or my children's entertainment.  Never hire someone nasty..I hope this throws up an instant red flag for anyone who was interested in doing business with JSP entertainment

This is Gabriel Lara from JSP Entertainment.  I couldn't help but notice this complaint about me and the company and feel compelled to ask a few questions and make a few points.

First, I want to know which event this individual is referring to.  There is no date or event type; no details what so ever.  

In regards to "nightmare stories"...please be more specific.  I welcome the chance to discuss in an open forum such as this as to what, where, when, why and who you are referring to in "nightmare stories". Each one of my clients is given a money back guarantee and a written service guarantee.  

If any of those promises aren't met, the client is entitled to a refund.  And in my 13 years as a professional entertainer, not one client has ever asked me for it.  Why?  Because they are thrilled with the level of service and the going above and beyond that we do for every event.

These remarks are not based on an actual experience with our company.  They are unfounded and fabricated.  I believe this is a hoax.  Our company has grown exponentially in the last 12 months and with that come some growing pains.  And we wouldn't be in this new position if we were guilty of remarks like the ones in this file.  And I wouldn't be responding either.

Unfortunately, these remarks sound like they are coming from a competitor.  Which is a shame on many levels.  Because I am happy to share my marketing knowledge with anyone.  It helps reinforce all the information I receive thru the books I devour on the subject.  And I've just recently joined a mastermind for this exact purpose.  I believe in a world of abundance.  There are always more than enough jobs going around for everyone.

So if you're a consumer considering hiring JSP Entertainment for your next event, please, do yourself a favor.  Seek the truth.  Call our office at 210-647-7263 and schedule a visit in our new a/c showroom.  We will take the time to listen to your desires and vision for your event before we suggest a solution.  And this way, you can come to your own conclusion as to the merit of our word.  By Appt Only.  Tues-Thur 2pm-7pm  Thank you.
