Innocently enough I purchased a beautiful sweety from this con-artist Julie Soutullo who changed her business name once again to Yorkilious formerly known as Dixie Pups and Poochie Koochie located at 19024 W. Dixie Hwy Miami, FL 33180. She is advertising everywhere you can think of including newspapers and various websites across the internet. After five days of having this sweet female yorkshire terrier weighing in at 1.5 lbs. I noticed bloody stools, vomitting and lethargia.
Immediately I rushed her to the vet where he had to put her in a incubator and feed her under the skin. She died within 24 hours due to this woman's evil and cruel torture of animals. I contacted her as soon as the puppy got sick and when once she passed. She offered to give me another dog, that there was absolutely no refunds on the money. After all the research I have done on this woman, her husband and her business the last thing I want from this lady is another sick puppy.I do want justice to be served, this needs to come to an end.
Buyers looking to purchase a puppy do your research and make sure that you do not purchase from this sick woman who brings in puppies from puppy mills in Argentina that are sick and once brought into your home will die:( She is sly and sneaky as she has been doing this for 10+ years but do not be fooled and do not put your hard earned money into this animal killer's pocket anymore. Presently under the name of Yorkilious as of 2/10/2009 Julie Soutullo has been known to go by: Toni Jacques, Tony Soutullo and Elsie Sanchez. I believe her husband who is in on the con is named Armando Soutullo or Antonio Jaques. They change there names and business a lot because they obviously have to keep running from the law as they both have dozens of suits against them check out stopdixiepups.com for a more extensive list.
Most importantly do not purchase anything from this woman, her condo, her shop or her parties which she frequently holds inviting her "Loyal Yorkie Lovers" and selling fake Christian Audigier, Chanel, Gucci Coach, Louis Vuitton etc etc bowls, carriers, hair accessories for yorkies. What a fake and a con, it is so sad to think of the other puppies that are sitting in her shop and at her condo right now, so let's STOP this:(

I believe there are new laws for puppy importers

Um, Julie? Because so many of the imported puppies are so ill they are cracking down and there are new laws. Some of what you have been doing may have been highly illegal and if you aren't keeping your customers happy you very well may face prison time if you were not following the new laws for importers. If your still selling younger pups, you have likely been breaking the laws.
Buyers, you can check out the wrong puppy (I highly reccomend this) and ROR # 348347 for some more information and a good head start on your research, knowledge and maybe some resolution if you have had problems with an importer. *just my opinions*
