JUST BRAKES RIPOFF WE GOT INTO A WRECK AND HAD TO PAY TO HAVE BRAKES FIXED RIGHT KILLEEN Texas

we had to have our brakes fixed they had been squeaking, so we went to just brakes to have an estimate done. they quoted us 473.00. said our truck need rotors new pads ball bearings packed. we said okay after the pitch that it really needed to be done. we paid them the money and as soon as we drove off the truck started making noises. so we turned around and went back. and he said they had forgot to tighten our lugs on our tires. but it kept making the sound and the brakes weren't gripping. i tried to stop at a stop sign and it didnt stop immediately it continued out in the street.

i called them and told them about the truck and asked if we could bring it back and have it checked they told us it would cost us 67 dollars for them to look at it, even though they were the ones that fixed it, the service to look at it again should have been free. we called and went down there on several occasions and they told us the brakes had to brake in which took about 1000 miles. nothing was wrong with the brakes. that was in january when we had it done, we just had to pay to have new brakes and rotors and ball bearings put on our truck and we've only driven 10,000 miles.

we ended up getting into an accident because the brakes gave out.once with me and once with my husband. these people are playing with other peoples lifes and thier families life. by not fixing these brakes right. and they don't care so something has to be done about this, and i'm not going to stop unitl i they stand up and take responsiblity for their workers actions.
