JWH Outlet is a distributor of popular research chems used in the making of legal herbal incense. After placing an order on July 25, 2011 and receiving an email on July 27th saying the goods would be shipped on July 28th 2011, please wait 5-7 business days for your merchandise. No confirmation or insurance on packages an option, so you just dangle out there waiting... even those who've used their FedEx services do not get their packages, and they charge way more for the FedEx than the company would by about $10... so these guys are just going around collecting people's money and not returning emails or phone calls. I should have known, I saw a few ripoff reports before ordering but the owner (Erik?) resolved these probs. Perhaps this guy's in over his head for the amoutn of orders, but bad cust service -- nay NO customer service, and No return of money and No merchandise shpped? BYE BYE JWH OUTLET, you suck. I am so glad i'm from a family who will help me to get this money back -- chicago cops, and fbi all in my fam, and if i have to use one of them to strong arm these idiots to give me back my tiny amount of money (yes, jwh outlet is legal still, and my fam will help), so if anyone else out there has been hurt by this company please let me know so we can join forces. Maybe a class action lawsuit down the line, whatever we can do to make sure this horrid buisnesman never does business again...
