I placed an order with them over 5 months ago. I paid 756.00 They have blocked my phone calls, blocked me from Instagram, and blocked me on Facebook and YouTube! I had to file a charge back with my bank and they told the bank my order was still in process. 5 months? For some hair? And your blocking all communication with me? Oh no, that's way to long. I will never do business with Jace Beauty again!

Hello,

We have read your complaint. However, we do not have any orders under the first name 'Kayla' that totaled $756.00.  Was your order purchased under a different name?

Also, we have never responded to any chargeback EVER with a response that an 'order was still in process'. Also, we do not have ANY orders open currently that are 5 months old.

If we receive notification from our bank that there is a chargeback, the funds are automatically refunded directly to the customer by the bank, and the order is immediately cancelled before it is shipped. We do not receive many cancellations at all. However, most customers who may need to cancel, simply email us, and we cancel their order, and process the refund within 24-48 business hours.

Please email us at: sales@jacebeauty.com with your Order Number, and the Billing and Shipping name that the order was placed under, so we can help you. Again, we have NO RECORD of a transaction matching this name, order amount and history.

If you email us, we can research the order, and let you know if the order was cancelled by your bank (chargeback); and therefore, not shipped.

With regard to blocking comments: Jace employees that handle our social media sites, simply block any comment that is malicious or abusive.
