Jack Delehanty did do business with this man. Partners. As the story goes, Pat left town in a real hurry. Seems he was a DA somewhere and got himself in trouble with the bar association. I'm sure if you ask around you might find that Jack's friends know the little secret. Right Jack! Are you leaving town soon too? You should.

I was standing at the scene of an accident where Jack was also at. I didn't know at the time it was him. (I realized it after) A car was coming down the road and Jack made the comment "That must be Littlefields' coming to see if it is one of his insured." That was made in a very harsh manner. I have been insured by Littlefield for many years with no problems yet. I found this to be a very unprofessional statement. I am also a Sunmount employee who feels Jack, Barbera, and all the others who do nothing to insure DDSCTA's safty should spend a week working the floors! I wouldn't be surprised if he let the two drunks in the accindent off on all charges!!!!!!

Have you ever met Jack Delehanty?
Have you ever had a non-legal conversation with the man?
He's a good guy and a good friend of me and my family. The problem is that too many people focus on what they hear and what the newest rumor is, i'd like to see you go to law school.
I trust that he knows what he's doing and I know that he wouldn't do anything to purposely screw over anyone.
Sometimes you don't see the whole picture, but you have to know that a graduate of law school knows better than the poor white trash of tupper lake.

You asked if I have ever met Jack Delehanty? I don't know about the author of this particular Rip-off Report above, but I have. I paid him to represent me. Then when I decided to use another lawyer for my real-estate matters, Mr. Delehanty took my money, then he took my personal information twisting it around and spread rumors about me, just because I did not want to use him as a lawyer. Just ask people like Judge Marshall Jarvis, EX-Judge Deborah Charland, probation officer Ed Leary, Publisher Dan McClellen and many other business people in town. Go ask them, depending on who you are, I'm sure they will remember what Jack had said to them about me. This was all caused by small town jealousy and fear of an outsider coming into town and buying up property.

Just recently he was interviewed by the Press Republican. He lied to them saying I (Rip-off Report.com)changed his REBUTTAL when Jack had responded to the Rip-off Report about him the very next day. I have the e-mail REBUTTAL that Jack submitted. It is now certified and I have the proof, not one word was ever changed. Not even his miss-spelled words!
Because he's a lawyer we should believe him? What planet are you on? Jacks reputation precedes him. Is everyone who filed a Rip-off Report on Jack lying? The good old Jack you speak of has victimized so many over the years with his bull.
You then state in your REBUTTAL, "you have to know that a graduate of law school knows better than the poor white trash of Tupper Lake." ... Well, that's an intelligent statement. That "graduate of law school" you refer too, Jack Delehanty, took four (4) times to pass the New York State Bar Exam! And the poor white trash you speak of? You and Jack live there too, yes?
Are you a member of Police Chief Perrymans group? Are you a KKK supporter too? The people of Tupper Lake and Saranac Lake may not have all the materialistic things others have, but over all, the people of Tupper and Saranac are good hard working people with a genuine soul. Including some of the local politicians, most of the village and town workers and even most of the local and state police. It's those few bad apples that give them a bad rap.
Calling the good people of Tupper Lake white trash is uncalled for. I'd like to see where you live.
I can assure you, the Rip-off Reports on Jack Delehanty's behavior and his corruptive law practices and his dishonesty when prosecuting cases, lying for the state of New York and his work or lack-there-of up at Sunmount Developmental center is all true.
It's time for him to either step down or be fired!
