Jack Mcmahon was hired to represent several family memebers in a robbery and drug conspiracy case. I paid him $10,000.00. As of today neither he or his associates appears in court, return phone calls or has spoken with his clients.
My family members cases are still pending in pre-trial and they were arrested back in December 2011.
I have contacted Philadelphia Bar Assocation and hopefully the disciplinary committee will sanction him heavily and help me recover my money. The documentation is sufficient for true discplinary and fines to be implemented. This also applies to his associate Mary Maran. Apparently text messages are considered enough documentation for their negligence.
There is a class action suit forthcoming~
