I turned on the fog lights-they worked fine, the manager told me his mech. could'nt find the switch. It was on the dash clearly marked FOG light.
I then took my truck to two different shops, they inspected the ball joints and both said they were like new. Also the brake lines were worn but not damaged.
A good friend of mine took her car there after having the front end rebuilt. Jack Williams told her the front end was bad (they saw fresh grease).
They also gave us estimates for the repairs which of course they could start right away. Its hard for me to imagine them having the exact parts on hand for a truck thats 11yrs. old. And a car thats 7yrs. old.
In my opinion they find non-existant problems to run up the cost of a state required inspection.
