I took the JH tax school this year in florence. All i have to say is to stay away from JH,they do not care about the customers it all about the money. The tax preparer are not trained, you read though books (old ones, not up todate), we learned more about the teachers life, than about taxes.We also learned the teacher was a criminal in trouble for forgery and theft, do you really want her to have your personnel information. She has access to everyones information. We where told not to tell the customers about the gold guarantee just add the price in. Their way of thinking was that over half of the customers get earned income, half don't pay little to no taxes in,so why should the customer care about the fees, they just want money back. RAL loan is a ripoff they know very very few people get approved for this loan. Most of the people who were hired had little to no experience on the profiler tax program. I would not want these people doing my taxes. I decided that I couldn't work for this company,I was afraid of messing someones taxes up,we where told all you have to do is type the information into the computer it is fool proof, wrong!!!
