Jacksonville Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Or Educational Funding Company Contract scam JaxBJJ is really run by the educational Funding Corp. Neptune Beach Florida

This is not a commentary on the instructors or the facility in regards to Jacksonville Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. This is strictly about their business practices. This company relies on the Educational Funding Company to run the business side of Jax Jui Jitsu. This is who handles monthly billing of your contract. Please look them up on line they have hundreds of complaints and have unfavorable review with the Better Business Bureau.
The issue I had was I moved and meet the requirement for cancellation and sent all the appropriate forms to the Educational Funding Group. Then called Mrs.Shealy of JaxBJJ and she told she would take care of it. They kept billing me which at $159 dollars a month can add up. I placed a call to the Educational Funding Group and was told that the lawyers denied my cancelation. I called Mrs Shealy again and she told me she would look into. Another month goes buy and another $159. Anyways months go by and final reason I did not move out of my city. I moved from one unincorporated city to another and changed zip codes. But still use the same post office. It is a rural area and the City post office handle 100s of square miles. I called JAX BJJ directly and they wont return my call.
So if youre looking for a place to treat you fair where you can deal with someone eye to eye this is not it. They preach integrity in the program and in Kids Jiu Jitsu but after this experience I dont believe they have much when they just pass the buck and wont return my calls. Definitely would let my children go there with their business practice. Once again Im not questioning their knowledge or what happens in their facility just their business practice. KR
