Dream Stone, Inc.'s newest SCUMBAG attorney Jacques Ruda, of Girsh & Rottman, P.C. slaps felony victim with subpoena Sunday morning, April 21, 2013, threatens incarceration, and attempts to collect on VOID JUDGMENT.
DOES PSYCHOPATH JAMES HARTMANN THINK THIS IS FUNNY?
Ruda seeks Contempt Citation, and to enforce James Hartmann's VOID JUDGMENT. Ruda was WARNED , and WARNED AGAIN that Ida (Eve) Murphy of Dream Stone, Inc. through Daniel T. Goodwin, of Donelson, Ciancio, & Grant, P.C. committed felony perjury to obtain a fraudulent lien on the Plaintiff's home, for the stated purpose of forcing home into foreclosure. Ruda knows the judgment he is trying to enforce is VOID, yet he continues to maliciously attack! Look at the date, and whom the first warning is Cc'd to: James Francis Hartmann!
Judgment is a void judgment if court that rendered judgment lacked jurisdiction of the subject matter, or of the parties, or acted in a manner inconsistent with due process, Fed. Rules Civ. Proc., Rule 60(b)(4), 28 U.S.C.A.; U.S.C.A. Const. Amend. 5 Klugh v. U.S., 620 F.Supp. 892 (D.S.C. 1985).
