Jake is a snake that has ripped off ALL of  his franchisees over the years.  They've done a scam report on him on one of the news channels.  I personally know a few people he ripped off for ten to hundreds of thousands of dollars. If you get involved with him get hold of his credit report and court records. He especially goes after the Lesbian community.  He also has been known to fire all of his employees after he owes them 2 weeks salary.  I don't know how he's avoided jail.  He's a sociopathic charmer and the crowd he hangs with are also scamsters.  Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!
The ice creams good...but I know he uses condensed milk....yuck
