Mr. Christopherson is the poster boy for what is wrong with arbitration. His decisions were not based on the facts or law. His responsiveness to requests by the Parties was completely unacceptable. It took months just to receive a decision. To keep a long story short, if you are in need of an Arbitrator, look elsewhere.
