James Asher claiming I owe from a payday loan, demaning a return call a or else, Nationwide

I've received a few phone calls from 920-636-9344 & 707-361-3122. A man name James Asher, telling me that he is with some legal collection agency.  He said he has proof that I've taken out a payday loan in 2010 for hundreds of dollars.  He has threaten to have me arrested and dragged off my job put in jail for 30 days which will end up in me loosing my job and costing me thousands of dollars.  When I did speak with him on 10/12/12, I attempted to explain to him that I have not taken out a loan in 2010,asked him to provide me proof of this loan he was accusing me of.  He refused and demanded me to pay and yelled at me letting me know he beleives that I'm a crook and he would make sure that I would pay.  He told me sheriffs would be at my job on 10/15/12 to serve me papers and take me to jail plus I would have to pay.   He said he would make sure that I would loose my job. 

The name of this pay day loan company he did give me is "american pay day cash"

Is there any help, support that I can get to protect myself from these abusive calls.  My identinty looks like it has been stollen.  I have had to have my cell ph# changed due to the repetative calls I've received and the way these people have been speaking to me.
