Although I was paying my chapter 13 monthly they foreclosed on my property anyway! I have never missed a payment and have a lawyer but although I had paid over $10,000 in my chapter 13 they repurchased my house for $20,000 cheaper than I had paid and gave me 3 days to get out. I had done everything my lawyer asked me to do and they still took my home . This company are liars and cheats! A j Curling
