When I was introduced to JB he claimed to work as the HEAD A&R for Sony/BMG but after signing contracts with him & his partner company RR Entertain & not recieving any offers from the contract I did some digging into the situation. The contract was suppose to consist of him signing my music artist to the labels under Sony, putting him on Live Nation Tours, a major record deal, professional photoshoot, distribution with TMG, putting him on the radio, an EPK and have bank of America to give us a loan for the music industry.
All of this for $4500.00 and the only thing that was done was a photoshoot in Charolette, NC which estimated at $175.00. He wanted the entire amount before the photoshoot and we paid the money through our source. After the photo shoot, however, we continued to get the run around. Calls were being unanswered, money was not being paid to the compainies for the rest of the promised offers. I started to write a letter of "Intent to Sue" and upon me looking for a forwarding address I ran across a similar report on this website from a previous client of his.
I too called Sony at 212-833-8000 and they said he use to work there but no longer does and suggested that I inform their agency of his fraudulent activites. I ask him to pay me $4325.00 $4500.00 back after informing him of the information I found out and not only did he hang up & refuse to answer any of my calls but he attempted to threaten me with a lawsuite againts me for reasons that he doesnt have. Just trying to scare me out of not going through with my initial process. Call the number and check for yourself! My lost in this situation is $4325.00, so I'm trying to save you the trouble. DON'T DEAL WITH JB!!!!!

This seems to me that you may have alot of hatred towards Mr. Jb. I do hope that in time you realize your efforts to slander this man are fruitless and will not stop the process which God has ordained. The amount of energy you've spend bashing this incredibe man could be spent trying to better yourself. Not only that but what idiot would give someone $4500.00 without recieving an invioce of some kind. I've qouted a section of you last complaint. "For two: if he works for Sony, why is he accepting money in Sony's name and not his own?" I'm beginning to think you have the iq of a stripper. Anyone whos working for Sony would be collecting money for Sony. Everyone I've seen working with Mr. Jb has handled their business properly allowing for them to excell. I'm under the impression that you are the same individual filing these bogus reports. There is no need to be salty because you don't have the neccessary talent to make it in the industry. Another point there is no Sony headquaters in New Jersey as well as the fact that Mr. Jb doesn't live in North Carolina. These few facts show your ignorance and your lack of intelligence. If any of these claims you have made are true why don't you reveal yourself and try to gain recompense for the wrong done to you? Persons that are honest should have no need to cower behind the computer.

I was about to deal with this guy until I decided to look him up on the internet. When I came accross this information I was releived that I didn't do business with him. I also called Sony headquarters in New Jersey and in New York and talked with them, they said he use to work there about 10 years ago but he got fired! But she could not tell me why, that's confidential information. I'm thinking that the person that wrote this rebuttal is a friend of his or it just might be him trying to himself off the hook! For one: there's noway everyone is going to have the same problem with you about stealing money and not returning phone calls. For two: if he works for Sony, why is he accepting money in Sony's name and not his own? When I called Sony/BMG they said they have no A&R's that worked for them that accept money like that... our lawyer has to be present. And that silly link that he posted... I found out that's not him. I'm just glad I researched him before I delt with him. Also I live here in North Carolina with him... so I had to do my research!

I am a current artist working with JB. Since I've been working with him I've excelled far in the music industry. I feel as if you talent shines thru there is no reason you shouldn't bloosom in the career feild of your choice. Working with him has been an awesome experience. I've met many incredible people within the industry and my career has went from nothing to something almost over night. In order to excell in the music industry you must pay to play. No matter what field of business you enter you must invest in yourself in order to make it. No one will invest in you if they are not confident in the talent or skills you possess. This is only the beginning. All success comes with an process. For those who don't believe in the stature of this incredible A&R here is a link that will abolish any doubt that may arrise.
