In an attempt to deceive the court and provide his client with more time, Mr. James D. Roberts (representing the Defendant) knowingly and deliberately committed perjury. As a result of his lies, Mr. Robert's client was successfully granted a motion for continuance. Mr. James D. Roberts should be sanctioned and disbarred for failing to adhere by the Professional Code of Conduct adopted by the Board of Governors of the State Bar of California.
To further highlight Mr. James D. Robert's stupidity and why this man should no longer be practicing law, Mr. Roberts also tried to have the court hear 2 Small Claims cases at the same time as the Unlawful Detainer case. Not only is Mr. James D. Roberts unethical, but he's a moron. Mr. Roberts knows that a Small Claims case is not going to be heard during an Unlawful Detainer Case. What an idiot. - Sorry Mr. Roberts, but Alex Varonos will have to defend himself on those.
