Do some research on these folks... they have been sued multiple times for missing horses. we didnt find this out until it was too late for us. My daughter and her husband boarded their horse at Trugon Ranch while they were away in Kenya. when they returned, their money was promptly refunded but they never received a valid excuse for why the horse had disappeared.
I helped them to hire a private investigator to look into this. So far he has seen 5 horses come in to the ranch during the last month, and 2 have been taken away in trailers and have not returned. maybe their owners came back, maybe not. We'll be posting more information as we get it.

James David Mitchell seems to believe he is very proficient at slinging threats about Libel and Slander. The problem with that is...it is NEITHER if it is the truth! Get OFF your soapbox!! Where is their horse? What HAPPENED to their horse??

There has NEVER been any horses missing from Trugon Ranch in Whitewright Texas and anyone that claims that there has been is providing false information that can be viewed as an attempt to Slander Trugon Ranch.

This is a offical warning, when making any statements regarding Trugon Ranch or James David Mitchell that are false and degrogiatory , you will be sued.
Defamation is false and unprivileged spoken words or written publication, which exposes any person to hatred, contempt, ridicule, or which causes him to be shunned or avoided, or which has a tendency to injure him in his trade or occupation. If a person says or writes something about you that is understood to lower your reputation, or that keeps people from associating with you, defamation has occurred and you can be sued. Slander and libel are two forms of defamation. Slander is a spoken defamation and libel is the written form
Laws relating to defamation are applicable to e-mail and other online activities. For example, if a person commits libel against you through e-mail or other on-line activities, the publisher, and any re-publisher, of the offensive statement can be held accountable for damages. If the victim is harmed by your action, you can be held liable for his losses.
