Mr. James E. Shipley devastated my life. I invested $50,000 with him for the purpose of a housing development in what is now Moreno Valley. Mr. Shipley told me that he had purchased the land for the development when he did not. He promised me a 15% return of my money in the years end. He made numerous promises, and in short used my money for his personal use. Mr. Shipley was convicted of 50 plus counts of fraud and sentenced to prison for several years. There was NEVER any development or investment. This was a scam and a lie. I have given Mr. Shipley the opportunity to settle this matter and make things right. I have never received one dime from Mr. Shipley. James E. Shipley advised me to contact his lawyer, I have done so and have yet to receive any money. If you or anyone you know is considering investing with Mr. James E. Shipley or would like more information about my case please feel free to contact me.

John Ryan failed to report that this happend over 20 years ago an he was taken to court and lost this case with dismissal Minute order 421470. It was dismissed against James Shiley because of false information provided by John Ryan who is now extremely vindictative by providing false information to this Webb site.
Court papers are available to any interested party that wants the clear facts of James Shipley's innoicent from the layyer that handled this case case in 1988.
Everything that John Ryan says in this article is contrary to the fact and he will be again sued for laible and slander. There is a court order refuting these lies.
This false information again needs to again be released from this site
Bio-Clean has nothing to do with this false information and John Ryan needs to give his correct information about where he lives so another court action for laible can be brought against him. It is a shame that such an dishonest person can ruin the reputation of James Shipley who is a very credible and honest person
