James F. Johnston has been released from the Buffalo Correctional Facility on April 19, 2010 after completeing a 18 month sentence for assaulting his girlfriend, attacking his ex- landlords with a vehicle supplied to him by a family member, driving without a license, fleeing the scene of an accident, failure to pay child support, and numerous DWI violations.
August 20, 2010 Mr. (Dirtbag) Johnston was put back in prison for violation of his parole. His own niece called the police on him.
Why should hard working taxpayers support this piece of garbage so he can live without having to work, pay child support, and take responsibility for his actions? This looser will never be a decent citizen or something worthwhille in society. He will always be a thief, a liar, and a deadbeat dad. He should be put to sleep so the taxpayers of NYS can save some money.
