He always acted like everything was under control and that we didn't have to worry. Then we got a Notice the house was going to auction. He said he would postpone it, so we did not try to go the short-sale route. It was sold at foreclosure not after 3 months after hiring James.
We filed a small claims against him just for the amount we paid. The goof-ball so-called "attorney" did not even show up to his own case. Even the judge laughed.
Now we have a worthless piece of paper saying we have a judgment.
I just want people to beware of this wannabe Lawyer.

We've been trying to serve him additional papers, but the constable is having a hard catching him or any member of his family at his residence. Interesting.
I also filed a complaint with the Utah State Bar. Maybe they will be of some help. Any other ideas?
He just emailed me saying our case had no grounds and threatened to appeal the case to District Court.
For such a confident man in his plan, I'm confused why he would not show to two court hearings and evade the constable to such a degree. Interesting.
