When my brother died a year ago, other family members met with him to discuss the Will succession. At that time he said that there was only a little/few things to do and that everything would/could be easily completed and finalized no later then early spring 2012.
Well my sister who is the executor, and Mr. Gardner have somehow/someway deliberately delayed completing the succession to avoid giving other family members their fair share of the estate.
He also refuses to communicate/inform other family members of the status of finalizing the estate.
The only things other family members can figure out as to why this is happening is so that he is delaying finalizing the succession thus allowing the executor to live in the house rent free and earning money renting out her house for income.
Finally I would advise ANYONE from doing any kind of business with an attorney that would do something like this instead of doing what he PROMISED that he would do!!!! It has been a whole year that the other family members have been waiting, AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. Makes me wonder what else he would do or NOT do what he was hired for.
