..... It is his job that he forces the doctors to inflate the personal injury bill to the point that the case goes to trial. He himself will not put his reputation on the line when a court appearance is required but will force the doctor to put not only his reputation but also his/her license on the line where he/she will be the subject of credibility attacks by the lawyers.
Mr. Huaman is found to be a crook because a background check on him revealed that he has criminal records involving the following criminal acts:
On November 6, 1992, Mr. James L. Huaman was arrested for DWI by Garland Police in Dallas County, Texas. The case number is MB9227947.
On August 20, 1993, Mr. Huaman was arrested for evading detention in Dallas County, Texas. The case number is MB9357729.
On January 30, 2003, Mr. Huaman was arrested for DWI by Texas Department of Public Safety in Collin County, Texas. The case number is 54040010.
On October 21, 2011, Mr. Huaman was arrested for DWI in Collin County, Texas. His offender ID# is 171250. This is his 3rd DWI in Texas and is automatically a felony charge.
Other records show that an order to provide child support was filed against him in the same county on October 24, 2011 and is pending.
If you are an attorney looking to work with Mr. Huaman on a personal injury case, note that he already has several criminal records. If you are a doctor looking to work for him, it is not worth it to put your license on the line. Keep in mind that your testimony in court is public record and will be posted on the internet somewhere should you decide to open up your own practice some day and require customers or clientele for your business.
I am posting this note because he let me go without any warning shortly before Thanksgiving, and the entire world should know what a crooked invidividual he really is.

He moved to Frisco, rents a very expensive home, let the other home be foreclosed on after living there free for almost 2 years (didn't pay any pymts until evicted) you can look it up in the foreclosure records.. Ofcourse, he had put it in some one else's name when purchased, as he does with all things, so that they cannot come back on him for what he does, so he ruined the credit of his baby-mama at the time, who put up the down pymt on the house out of her money. He has a very high dollar high power attorney to keep him out of jail.

The IRS may also pay a percentage of the moneys recouped to the person who reports the discrepancies between those who file properly and regularly, and those who go for years without filing.... maybe Mr Edward may have another bit of info to share? Did he pay you in cash? Did he pay others in cash? How's the withholding on your W2 form?

Another criminal record for that homosexual man, Mr. James Luis Huaman, of ProCare Injury & Rehab. Now we know that he has real credibility problems and that his Texas Driver license number is TX05033539. Some people do not learn their lesson after their first DWI.

Yes. You can be homosexual and heterosexual at the same time as in the case of James Luis Huaman, a bisexual man. I'm sure he wouldn't find it hard to pick up some queers in prison when he serves time for his felony drunken driving charge.

I knew James Luis Huaman was heterosexual because of his association with Deanna, who, by the way, is some gray-haired old hag who can't find a real job outside of a small business.
If he denies that he is gay, his 3rd DWI will shed some light on his credibility. A soon-to-be convicted felon is going to deny being gay? Would you believe that? I certainly won't.

Stop beating around the bush, Edward Chase. Just ask the guy out already. If he truly is gay, maybe he'll go out with you. I just hope he wasn't offended by your posts.

Is James Luis Huaman gay?

During my stay there, I have noted that he has an effeminate voice and homosexual mannerisms and suspected that he was gay.
After asking around the office and other employees, they have confirmed that the owner of ProCare Injury & Rehab of Dallas, Texas IS gay.
One employee also confirmed that Mr. Huaman is also having an affair with his employee, Deanna.
