I had purchased 4 new tires and purchased the warranty and hazard protection. Within 2 months of the purchase I had a blowout. The tire literally unraveled and tore up my inside liner of the wheelbase. I went to Firestone to complain of the blowout, questioned why it happened, and James Ramsey offered to replace it at a pro-rated discount. I told/reminded him that it wasn't to have any charge because it was a 'blowout'. I ended up paying over $92 for the tire, just barely less than retail. Within a day of my getting the replacement tire I noticed a BUBBLE on the tire (I took pictures). I complained to corporate and had a guy named Will Helton call me. He said I should have NEVER been charged and apologized and said the tire with the bubble can be also replaced at no charge. I told him I wasn't trusting of the company because of the first blowout, being charged to replace it, and because of the tire having a bubble. I grounded my car for two weeks and still hadn't heard of an alternative solution. I had no choice so I finally decided to take my car in to get a replacement. I asked James for the refund on the $92 and he said, "that's not my deal, you take it up with corporate". I came back another day and James Ramsey said, "I read your emails to corporate asking for my job. You need to take your business elsewhere!"
Firestone RIPPED ME OFF! I took pictures of the bubble and was told by 2 other dealers that the tire had a manufacture's defect. I also took my car in for an oil change (Firestone had been the ONLY servicer of my car) and they showed me several items of neglect and negligence from Firestone. Do NOT trust Firestone and do NOT trust James Ramsey of the Allen store.

The complaint here in has nothing to do with my employer or their services. It is a personal vendetta against me and should not be on a consumer site such as this. But since it is, I need to supply accurate information as to the initial cause of this report. James Delagarza is associated with First Premier Realty and was or is a realtor in Allen. His accounts of dealings with Firestone are diluted with his own failure to sell me a house when I moved to Allen . He could not find the house i wanted and never worked on my schedule to find a house so I bought from a different realtor. He came into my place of work many times making insults to my character (witnessed by other associates). The company I work for does not allow an associate to be rude to customers so I was forced to put up with the harassment. He made multiple attempts to have me loose my job by demanding my dismissal from my company and stating he has a lot of influence in Allen. His deceptive and vengeful behavior can be verified simply by placing his name in the google search engine. He was convicted for illegal Internet harassment of one of his ex employees. In today's web world he is a dangerous predator of the innocent. As far as proof of inaccurate ramblings by James Delagarza, I offer this : if his car is or was his true concern, there are over a dozen company stores in this immediate area that could have serviced his car. The company I work for has a nationwide warranty that is good at any location.
