In short,

James Rick Stinson is a total fraud, (((redacted))) and controlling wannabe serial "Entrepreneur," or what I'd like to call a "Wantrepreneur." Can someone please explain to me how a supposed personal development and life coach creates a company called Full Potential over the last 10 years and has ZERO memberships. Call me crazy, but doesn't this raise a red flag to people? Just because you make numerous amounts of youtube video clips and pay for all your views does not give you any credibility. 

 

However, you should be in business with James d**k Stinson if you enjoy the following:

  • Moving to another country only to find out everything was a disturbing lie
  • You are required to work 70+ hours a week simply to be bartered with food, not money. (because who works for money nowadays, right?)
  • You genuinely enjoy creating a new start-up company every OTHER week because your dumb a*s boss can't seem to make up his mind with which company he wants to build.
  • You love the thrill of getting constantly verbally abused via Skype, and have him turn a light switch on / off
  • You love the idea of not knowing where your next meal will be or living in a tent on a beach since he constantly kicks people out of his house. 
  • You like having a boss who goes back on his word, manipulating and brainwashing you. 
  • Illegally having your boss use your email address 
  • Having him threaten you, and steal company gifts in the middle of the night like a scared punk kid to afraid to handle confrontation 
  • Like having a boss without any sack of balls
  • Basking in bad boss etiquette
  • Representing dirty and unclean venues

 

Bottomline, if you enjoy unprofessionalism, child-like syndromes and distasteful business -- you should join him and his failing team that is going nowhere FAST! Be weary of all his companies:

Ex-employee going on a rage after having funding cut off.
 
- They speak of "terrible" working conditions and "horrific" relationship with their boss -- but they never left  or never complained, UNTIL the money supporting them was cut off.
- If they had taken the same initiative that they did with this post, during the time they were working "70 hours" a week, perhaps they would have been far more successful.
 
Some background:
- They were hired for a marketing and sales position in exchange for having their living and food costs taken care of while LIVING ON THE BEACH in Costa Rica.
- They were living in a  Grade A 2 bedroom condo on the beach. (Search "Paloma Blanca" in Jaco, Costa Rica. to get an idea of living conditions in which they were exposed to - beachfront condo living poolside)
- They also had all their food expenses taken care of , along with excursions around Costa Rica.
- They were to be paid 10% Net profit on results generated ON TOP of covering their basic living costs.
- They never actually generated ANY sales over a 7 month period, thus the reason why they didn't earn anything more than having their living costs covered. This should not come as any surprise.
 
I'm not sure which one wrote this: there were two ladies both hired around the same time, and lived together in the same condo.
- They were hired to sell retreats and were under the understanding they would only have 30 days to prove themselves, but instead we gave them more than 7 MONTHS!
- We were under the impression they were working exclusively for us at this point, but it came to light that they were engaged in working in ways that were a direct conflict in interest. - They continued a deception of "progress" and building a "pipeline" in order to continue to receive funding.
- As for the estimate of working 70 hours a week, we have time tracking they were required to use during work hours and we have proof of all work-weeks consistently averaging less than 30 hours a week.
 
- Furthermore, in violation of company policy, one of them personally received thousands of dollars in deposits from clients for a Full Potential retreat scheduled for Jan 4th, 2015 and never released them to the company.. this is the primary reason for her termination. The other lady closed rentals on properties under the control of Full Potential at one amount and then reported dramatically lower amounts (we believe she pocketed the difference.)
 
 
BOTTOM LINE- they got a 7 month, all expenses paid vacation in Costa Rica to work on other projects, and they deceived us for as long as they could to continue for receive financial support.
 
We delivered on 100% of our commitments, never failing to cover a payment for their housing, their utilities or their food. AND extending the promised evaluation period from 30 days to OVER 7 MONTHS! This is 100% verifiable and provable.
 
If we were to do it all over again we would track their performance closer and objectively and pull the plug sooner.
Bottom line, our only regret is that we should have given them a shorter time period to evaluate and cut funding off sooner.
