I just want to warn the public about this attorney. He is very bad. He treat people bad. He lie and steal from the client. He tell you secrets and try to make everyone look bad when it is he who is bad man. I scared of him but I must tell truth. I hope there is god so god punish him.

There are quite a few James Silversteins, who are lawyers, so let me make it clear that I am discussing, James E. Silverstein, who maintains his law office in Hollywood Californiaand calls his "practice", jeslaw.

There aren't enough words to describe the depth and breadth of this guys malpractice and overall evil .injustice, and deviousness.

James E. Silverstein stole the ten thousand dollars of a an elderly holocaust survivor, recenlty, and then when she complained he went ballistic and began tryingto malign her daughter , on and off line , as some means of retaliation.

This daughter has been so abused and victimized she can't be abusedany more and yet James E. Silverstein, this vicious and idiotic sewer sludge now is "threatening' to talk to judges ex parte about true statements made about them on the internet.There are good judges out there and it will only take one to expose James E. Silverstein as a con man who steals from the elderly and who emotionally and psychologically rapes his innocent clients.

James E. Silversstein all along rather foam at the mouth and attack good people than look at the files of the case and the other evidence that shows that he has made a huge fool of himself by misrepresenting so much that is public record.

One has to guess that he is just too lazy to make any effort to learn the facts of any case and rather just try to bully others into submission with flagrant lies and juvenile insults that can't hurt anyone as he doesn't even know his victims and has barely spoken to them. Who would want a lawyer with such a poor work ethic and such shameless disregard for the truth? Not me.

The public record, alone, of the People vs. Spitzberg shows that James Silverstein is a dirtbag of the highest order. It is believed that Silverstein defrauds Mr. Knecht and therefore Mr. Knecht keeps making stupid and actionable statements, unwittingly. That will be revealed soon enough.
