Louisville Kentucky just had a conference of what appears to be some legitimate business representatives. However there is one that appears to be suspiciously like "John Beck " real estate scam descriptions listed in Rip off Report.

For about 6000 dolloars you recieve a very nice brief case of materials, three days of training in a workshop and a year of access to a personal trainer by phone, email, fax.

I signed up yesterday. Luckily, today I saw the similarity between James Smith's technique and the John Beck stuff. They are headed for ILL. I thought I should send out a warning. It just sounded and looked so good. My biggest warning flag was the head quarter location, Provo Utah ----the same as John Beck. Coincidence? I think not.

I wish this wasn't true, since they now have my credit card payment number.

Reid sounds like a manic complainer

AUTHOR: Matthew - (U.S.A.)

I was listening to what Reid had to say until I saw how he treated others who's opinion didn't agree with his.

He just likes to argu. It's his security blanket...some people just arn't content unless they are complaining or mad about something. What a sad existance.

I've gotten screwed over in this industry as well, but I learned how to learn from it and move on. There are good and bad in ALL industries. I beleive Reid's blinders are keeping him from seeing this.

I've invested in real estate for several years now, and have known about every "guru" in the business. I agree that there are scam artists in real estate education, but Reids comments to Cliff and anyone else who doesn't completely agree with him...makes him look like a whiny baby.

I've lost $30,000 on deals that could have been avoided with the proper understanding....which only comes from education. I still pay $2-6K in education at seminars and I will till the day I die. I'm also one of the few that actualy DO what is suggested from the education, instead of wasting my time writing complaints on the web.

I'm actually mad at myself for wasting any of my time writing this, but this Reid guy simply pissed me off, and I think people should get an honest opinion of what his true charactor is actually made of.

The fact that Reid attacks anyone who doesn't agree with him, all because of the acts of one fraudulant "guru" from the past..... shows that his anger and resentment are more important to him, than hearing anyone elses opinion.

If I'm right, I'd guess Reid to be a very difficult person to deal with in real life. He'll be the old guy on the front porch in his rocking chair yelling at all the kids.... because anger is his comfort zone.

He's probably the same kind of man that says "all women are troble", just because he got his heart broken. boo h*o!

This BECK guy sounds like a snake. So are a lot of seminar guys. Welcome to the real world!

From what I've seen... James Smith is a good man, if his company and employee's make some mistakes....those mistakes should not be thrown on his charactor as a human being.

Reid's charactor has been shown in these pages. He's an angry man hell bent on holding onto that anger.

HURT people....HURT people.

All of our life choices are simple
1.BLAME AND COMPLAIN (about life)
2.LEARN AND RETURN (to the game of life)

Blaming and complaining is the victoms best friend. Learning and returning is the victors best friend. MAKE THE CHOICE!!!!

Live and learn. Take proper action when necessary, but quit whining like a little baby.

Enough Of You. You Stella are nothing but a pitiful shill.

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

Stella,

Where are you? Don't be like all the other shills and give up on your quest to convice people that "mentoring" programs are real. Think outside the box and come up with ideas on how you can PROVE the legitimacy of so called "wealth building" mentoring programs. No shill has been able to accomplish this so far.

Don't start what you can't finish. You have never been involved with the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute, but have the f%ck!ng audacity to come to a website for victims of bad business practices and ask someone to provide evidence to support their experience?

Exactly who's weenie are you swallowing? You Stella are nothing but a pitiful shill. An a$$ kisser and brownie packer who get's nothing from the a$$es you're kissing. We all know people like you.

God Bless you Stella. Hopefully you're not a victim yourself someday.

Another Shill Exposed!

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

Hey there Everyone,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

STELLA: Am guessing Reid of HI, is the moderator (such blatant disregard for stated post rules usually mean one thing.)

REID: Wrong! Am guessing Stella of OH, is a shill and bends over for any Tom, d**k and Harry for a living.

STELLA: Am puzzled though, scanning down through all the viscious postings; why the lack of evidence to support your own claims?

REID: Don't come to a "consumer advocacy" site and demand evidence. The many UNACKNOWLEDGED, UNEXPLAINED and UNRESOLVED reports regarding the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute on this website alone speaks for themselves.

The onus is on you shill Stella, along with the many other $h!t peddlers and believers of "mentoring" programs, to provide evidence of some sort.

STELLA: $50 million would certainly put you on some list somewhere. I've never even heard of you. I'm pretty obsessive about doing advance research on these guys. So how about putting your $50 million out there where your mouth is?

REID: So how about NOT putting the p***s' of many where YOUR mouth is?

STELLA: As for taking the word of others on this site; how is that any different than testimony from folks responding to your rantings about these programs you are blasting?

REID: DUUUUUHR!

STELLA: We are still being asked to believe something purely on "say so."

REID: It's "hearsay" you dumb biach!

STELLA: I've taken seminars advertised on infomercials as well as through local organizations with legitimate "store-fronts."

REID: Riiiiight! Which one are you in the Infomercials Stella? LOL!

STELLA: I do find greater pressure sales pitch from the traveling "show." I'm also very cautious of "moving store fronts" on the web or otherwise. (I DON'T do business with highly transient entities.)

REID: Really?

STELLA: As to the money up front argument - I can only say that every single college course I've taken, insisted on my money UP FRONT - and they didn't guarantee any monetary success at the end of their rainbow - that part was always up to me.

REID: Comparing fraudulent "moneymaking" scams to that of "higher learning" institutions is like comparing your brain Stella, to that of an orangutangs, and I would not dare insult an orangutang by doing so.

Any and all businesses that compare their "moneymaking" program to that of higher learning institutions such as colleges, universities, etc, etc, are scams.

1. Everyone knows, that higher learning institutions DO NOT offer "moneymaking" courses in their curriculum.

All college graduates, regardless of their course of study, recieve a piece of paper known as a diploma and go on to get J.O.B.S. College graduates trade time for money like everyone else.

2. Colleges and other major universities are accredited institutions. "Moneymaking" Infomercial scams on the other hand, are UNPROVEN and all claims made regarding them are UNSUBSTANTIATED.

3. It's a known fact that well over 50% of all college graduates enter fields totally unrelated to their studies, but guess what? College attendees are aware of this reality and ARE NOT misled to believe otherwise.

UNPROVEN "moneymaking" programs on the other hand, often make claims in upwards of the high 90 percentile. Mike Evans (product of incest) boasted a 94% success rate and literally "GUARANTEED" my success, along with a spot in their new up and coming Infomercial.

The 62 (and accumulating) UNACKNOWLEDGED, UNEXPLAINED and UNRESOLVED reports regarding the fraudulent John Beck mentoring Institute on this website alone, PROVES Mike Evan's claim of 94% to be erroneous.

If 94% were an accurate figure, shills like yourself Stella, would have nothing to do with "searching" out reports on consumer advocacy sites which are unable to be explained off or PROVED otherwise.

If the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute indeed had a 94% success rate, they'd literally have nothing to worry about what's being said about them on consumer advocacy sites now would they Stella?

STELLA: Further, the local real estate board charges member fees as well as course fees UP FRONT to access their investor training programs; they also make no guarantees as to a person's success.

REID: Just another bogus comparison.

STELLA: When ex-presidents can demand & get speaker fees in the tens of thousands of dollars just for a commencement address, I'm not inclined to be shocked by training fees ranging between $1000 & $10,000.

REID: Is that what they're charging nowadays?

STELLA: Simply put, these guys are in demand and they know their time is worth money and they are going to ask it. Doesn't mean I'm going to pay it. Neither am I going to go about spewing a lot of assinine language about the fact that they are charging outrageous fees.

REID: Outrageous fees nothing! SCAMS are more like it. There is no such thing Stella, as businesses sharing "moneymaking" strategies to total strangers, for less than the "earning potential" claimed possible.

If there were, this site would not exist and brinwashed shills like yourself would not be desperately trying to "kiss a$$" like you are.

STELLA: I have actually put my money on the table for a stock market training program as well as a website build. I'm still building my website and learning things about internet marketing every day. I'm also still attending webshops and communicating with my mentors for the investing program - they have been very responsive. I am still learning. I'm also still paying off college loans that did not make me a millionaire overnight.

REID: You're a liar Stella with a low esteem. LOL!

STELLA: People believe what they want to believe. That doesn't make the millionaire who says "anything is possible" - a liar.

REID: Unfortunatly, "anything is possible" was probably mentioned during our telephone conversation, so maybe Mike Evans were telling the truth after all? DUMBA$$!

STELLA: I understand about anger over being cheated but I'm wise enough to own my share for studipity.
To still be so incredibly angry; one has to wonder, just how stupid were you?

REID: To be a shill with a low self esteem and still be so increditbly salty at the world; one has to wonder, how long have you been selling your body to your relatives?

Any and all favorable rebuttals regarding the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute or "mentoring" in general, are MEANINGLESS, unless they are of resolvement.

62 (and accumulating) UNACKNOWLEDGED, UNEXPLAINED and UNRESOLVED reports regarding the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Insitute on this website alone.

V.S.

0 PROOF of any of the claims made by the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute and their "success stoties"

Who's winning the battle here Stella?

Until next time, take care Everyone cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

#4 Consumer Comment

Stella, how can you be this insensitive??

AUTHOR: John - (U.S.A.)

To go on a consumer site like this, declare those of us who have been fraudulantly ripped off and call us liars and idiots and blindly defend Beck's group--who are you really and what was your purpose for doing this?? This is comparible to barging in on a rape victims support group meeting dressed like a dildoe and declaring that these victims got what they deserve -"nice hooters some of you gals have, with b***s like this, you gotta expect to get raped!"--Ridiculous comparison? --Not really. We on this site have gotten raped financially and use this site as therapy trying to get our lives back together. Do you have some knowledge about Beck's program that you would like to share?? Your ramblings about your experiences does not include having any experience with this program so how do you come up with the idea that our claims have no basis?--This is like going on a movie web site (IMDB), entering in a movie that you have never watched and trashing it as a bomb with no knowledge or experience to back it up. Idiots like you do this on this site too and it bugs me (as an avid movie watcher and critic). How do you explain these bozo's charging different fees based on what is available on your credit card for the same services??--Know of any colleges or universities that do this?? Or promise you many guarantees and not deliver on any of them? It would be similar to me advertising that I have a secret golf method that I am teaching (I love golf) that I am willing to share that would make anyone taking my golf class a PGA professional--I will interview you for 2 hours since I will only take 10 students in the USA so the market won't get glutted (while actually taking as many to the cleaners as I can dupe) and will ask you questions on why I should choose you over the other golf-pro wannabees and get you all excited when I finally tell you that you are the "chosen one" based on the answers to this 2 hour interview. I won't tell you up front what my fee will be--I will charge you whatever is on your credit card (as long as you have at least 5-grand available) and give you these lessons over the phone (without telling you that my lessons are this way, you will assume that I will teach you in person). I will promise you that my methods will make you great in 90 days--guaranteed and you will make your investment back by then. If you don't become great, I can always just blame it on you--you are a quitter, whiner and loser and I won't refund you a dime!! Think there would be any complaints from consumers who took my class and didn't get any better?? I could refer them to a few golf books in the library to study and my method is simple--practice, practice, practice!!--Technically, I would not be doing anything worse than Beck's group so why don't I?? Because it is fraudulant, deceiving and misleading or are these words foreign to you? The mere fact that they charge different amounts based on a person's credit card limits--how do you explain that one my dear Stella? I will be waiting anxiously for your next posting if you have the nerve or guts to come on this site again. You have the same amount of class as Becks cronies--NONE!!

Low IQ Stella. - believing that legitimate "wealth building" programs exists is the same as believing that BigFoot and the monster of Lock Ness are not hoaxes

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

Hey Stella (spineless shill puppet),

1. People with your IQ should have low voices to match it.

2. All that you are Stella, you owe it to your parents. Why don't you send them a penny to square the account?

3. Any similarities between you Stella and humans are purely coincidental.

4. Are your parents siblings?

5. As an outsider Stella, what do you think of the human race?

6. Calling you stupid Stella, would be an insult to stupid people.

7. I hope that you learn from your parents mistake Stella and use birth control.

8. Is Stella your real name? Are you an elderly woman? Who the hell in this day and age names their daughter Stella? Do you have sisters named Helen, Sally, Veronica, or Emily?

This would explain why you're senile. Don't worry about it too much though. Someday you will find yourself and wish you hadn't. Until then, go away before I taunt your shill a$$ for a second time.

At this point, believing that legitimate "wealth building" programs exists is the same as believing that BigFoot and the monster of Lock Ness are not hoaxes.

Stop Shilling Stella!

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

Hey Stella,

Where were you when all of these reports first started trickling in?

Be honest, are you having sexual relations with someone working for this fraudulent company, or who may be associated with it in some way?

Are the many reports regarding fraudulent "mentoring" programs and them being non existent starting to have a negative effect on your life? If no, why do reports on a "consumer advocacy" site, regarding a business you were never involved with, concern you?

Are you a lonely woman trying to win believers? Are you trying to score brownie points with your employer who may be peddling a similar service? What is it Stella? We all know you're full of what you're shoveling.

I am a very wealthy man who can help you overcome your low self esteem. You no longer have to resort to the "searching" of reports, in which you have absolutely no power to resolve or prove otherwise. The person in which you're trying to win brownie points with can't even do this, what makes you think you can?

I've been featured on the front cover of Fortune 500 magazine and would like to enroll you into one of my many "mentoring" programs.

Hope to hear from you. I'd love to stay and engage in a battle of wits with the person who referred to me as being stupid, but I'm afraid I don't take advantage of the handicapped.

P.S. When you are finally able to read Stella, do a google search for Infomercial Scams and John Beck reviews for more reports to practice your reading. You may consider them "circumstantial evidence." LOL!

#7 Consumer Suggestion

Stella's Full Of Dodo.

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

Hey there Joann,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

Thank you for your urgent reply to Stella's ridiculous shill rebuttal. Stella is obviously severly handicapped in the head, or just someone who "bends over" for sheer delight.

Read Arron's rebuttal posted below and tell me that it does not share strikingly similar shill characteristics as Stella's.

1. The defending of the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute with absolutely no PROOF as to contradict the many unacknowledged and unresolved reports regarding the company.

Stella like Arron, have never even participated in John Beck's fraudulent "mentoring" program?

2. Attempts to compare "mentoring" programs to that of colleges, or other PROVEN "higher learning" institutions.

Such meaningless comparisons, are often used as sales tactics by fraudulent businesses. Yeah, let's all compare UNPROVEN scams to that of PROVEN learning institutions.

3. Excuses for "mentoring" programs NOT working.

How the hell would either of these bafoons know what John Beck's program is about when they haven't even tried it themselves?

4. Defiant attitudes. Both of these shills suggest going against the better judgement of 60+ victims of the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute.

If these two baboons honestly feel, that the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute is a legitimate company, why have they not enrolled into the program themselves?

Yeeeah, I have never in my life viewed a porno, but believe they're the greatest and would like to recommend a few to this brother and sister dual. LOL!

If these two genetic defects have never been scammed by the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute, or have no affiliation/vested interest in the company, why are they particularly concerned about what's said about the fraudulent organization on a "consumer advocacy" site?"

The most important question would be, why are they not participating the program themselves? If they are so convinced of the legitimacy of the program and believe in the "earning potential", etc etc, it would make no sense for these monkey's not to participate in the program.

What are you doing in your life Stella, that you are making over $10,000.00-$15,000.00 a month and thus, find it not necessary to participate in the very program you are trying to defend? Please don't tell me prostituting.

ARRON'S GENIOUS REBUTTAL: After reading all the complaints contained here, one is expected to believe that all institutions/organizations for higher education and knowledge gathering which charge a fee are rip-offs. As with any education and investment, you reap what you soe, that includes investigating what you are putting your time and money into.

REID: The comparison.

ARRON'S GENIOUS REBUTTAL: Also, never expect others to do ALL of the work for you and then believe that the rewards will just come flooding in. With regard to the question of, why would some one agree to help others start up their own business? Why not just sieze the opportunity and increase one's own profits rather than help someone else? Remember the phrase, "What goes around, comes around"? Or how about the charitable philosophy of what you give will come back to you ten-fold. (Now that one can be for positive results and negative.) Most extremely successful people will tell you that the greatest success is that which is gained through helping others to succeed. Examples are the following families: Rockefeller, Ford, Carnegie, DuPont, Walton, Vanderbilt, and many more too numerous to mention here. As these families have contributed to charity and assisting others to succeed, their fortunes have increased exponentially.

REID: The attempt to convince people, that "wealth building" programs indeed exists and are being sold to total strangers for less than the "earning potential" claimed possible.

ARRON'S GENIOUS REBUTTAL: I myself have never done business with any of the organizations that have been ripped on in this report, but I am even more inclined to do so given the tone of most of the writtings here. I am looking to start a new company which will assist others to find financial freedom. If an IWorks affiliate or subsidiary can help me to help those others reach their dreams, then I will gladly accept that help and the cost will be negligable compared to the benefit.

REID: Novel idea. Now when were you going to sign up again? Please do so Arron very soon, so that I can laugh at you.

Until next time, take care Joann cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

Hey there Everyone,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

Stella: Am guessing Reid of HI, is the moderator (such blatant disregard for stated post rules usually mean one thing.)

REID: Well you guessed wrong Stella. The moderator of the rip off report is Ed Magedson, and I would not dare take credit for his hard work. Maybe you should read a bit more before assuming things.

Am guessing Stella from OH, is an employee of the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute, their fraudulent collection agency known as EPN, is bending over for someone who's employed by one of these fraudulent companies, is retarded, or just desperately trying to win brownie points.

STELLA: Am puzzled though, scanning down through all the viscious postings; why the lack of evidence to support your own claims?

REID: Lack of evidence? Exactly what constitutes evidence in your delusional mind? Are you even able to read? Let us recap for you special ed. Go back to the main page of this website and type in the name John Beck in the search box provided in the upper right hand corner.

You'll more than likely come across several pages containing over 60 unacknowledged, unexplained, and unresolved reports regarding the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute on this website alone, with the vast majority of victims sharing the exact same experience.

Also, in case you haven't already noticed, Joann had her attorney draft a letter to the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute and their fraudulent collection agency known as EPN, but no one expects YOU to comprehend any of this.

STELLA: $50 million would certainly put you on some list somewhere. I've never even heard of you. I'm pretty obsessive about doing advance research on these guys. So how about putting your $50 million out there where your mouth is?

REID: Of course it would be someone as bright as yourself to take anything I say literally. Did you not see my mansion on the cover of Fortune 500? LOL! I'm in Fortune 500. Do a google search for "I'm an idiot", oh I'm sorry, you'd come across your website.

STELLA: As for taking the word of others on this site; how is that any different than testimony from folks responding to your rantings about these programs you are blasting?

REID: I have nothing to gain maybe? Are you really this stupid Stella?

STELLA: We are still being asked to believe something purely on "say so."

REID: I believe you meant "hearsay." The little yellow bus is waiting for you outside your home.

STELLA: I've taken seminars advertised on infomercials as well as through local organizations with legitimate "store-fronts." I do find greater pressure sales pitch from the traveling "show."

REID: Congratulations Stella! Are you a "success story" like myself?

STELLA: I'm also very cautious of "moving store fronts" on the web or otherwise. (I DON'T do business with highly transient entities.)

REID: Congratulations once again Stella!

STELLA: As to the money up front argument - I can only say that every single college course I've taken, insisted on my money UP FRONT - and they didn't guarantee any monetary success at the end of their rainbow - that part was always up to me.

REID: Oh no, not the ole college comparison. Funny you should bring up college Stella. The college comparison just happens to be one of many sales tactics commonly used by fraudulent businesses.

STELLA: Further, the local real estate board charges member fees as well as course fees UP FRONT to access their investor training programs; they also make no guarantees as to a person's success.

REID: Stella, you've stated, "they also make no guarantees as to a person's success." The fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute however, DOES make guarantees.

But of course we don't expect a shill like yourself to know this. Try your best Stella and READ the letter that's been drafted by Joann's attorney. You can do it!

STELLA: When ex-presidents can demand & get speaker fees in the tens of thousands of dollars just for a commencement address, I'm not inclined to be shocked by training fees ranging between $1000 & $10,000.

REID: Oh no, as if your college and local Real Estate board comparisons weren't ridiculous enough. You are now comparing fraudulent businesses to ex-presidents? LOL!

STELLA: Simply put, these guys are in demand and they know their time is worth money and they are going to ask it.

REID: My time is worth as much as anyones on the face of this planet. But of course, that's just my opinion, and partially due to what's known as good self esteem.

STELLA: Doesn't mean I'm going to pay it. Neither am I going to go about spewing a lot of assinine language about the fact that they are charging outrageous fees.

REID: There's a lot more to it than just outrageous fees Stella. It's a scam. Don't be ashamed to ask someone to read Joann's letter to you.

REID: We all believe you Stella. How the hell did I know the UNPROVEN "success story" was coming? LOL! Well Stella, I am a "success story." I am a millionaire. Fortune 500 baby. LOL!

STELLA: People believe what they want to believe. That doesn't make the millionaire who says "anything is possible" - a liar.

REID: So as long as a business states "anything is possible" in their advertising, they are telling the truth?

No one is suggesting that the millionaire who says "anything is possible" is a liar. We are simply suggesting, that the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute are liars.

STELLA: I understand about anger over being cheated but I'm wise enough to own my share for studipity. To still be so incredibly angry; one has to wonder, just how stupid were you?

REID: For someone who has never been victimized by the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute but feels compelled to visit a "consumer advocacy" site and provide nothing of importance; one has to wonder, just who is she bending over for?

Until next time, take care Everyone cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

Hi Stella...once you get into the program, it's clear that it's a joke

AUTHOR: Joann - (U.S.A.)

Hi Stella, My name is JoAnn. I understand your position, however, perhaps you didn't read everyone's comments completely.

The majority of the people on this site have purchased the initial program for around $40 and then received high pressure sales calls from Mentoring of America or one of it's affiliates.

They make several phone calls, making you believe that you've been chosen to possibly be in one of their next infomercials. They guarantee your success and promise you'll make 100's of thousands of dollars. They also promise you that they'll work with you until you make your initial investment back, which is a lie.

Here's the kicker, they charge everyone they solicit a different price (unlike a college course or real estate class) based on the amount of available credit you have on your credit cards. For me it was $13,960.00.

They promise you a lifetime membership to a tax club and that they will set up your LLC, in addition, you get to go to the Belligio in Vegas for a seminar with John Beck himself.

They lead you to believe that's all a part of what you're purchasing, when in reality, those things are all extra.

No flight or hotel in Vegas, no lifetime membership to the Tax Club, and no LLC. Those things separately are about an additional $3500 (in my case anyway).

Then, once you get into the program, it's clear that it's a joke. More infomercials, and dead links to sites on the internet. The "mentoring calls" are really some guy in a boiler room telling you to write down your goals and leading you thru a website called bid4assets.com.

All information that is useless. He encourages you to buy property site unseen over the internet, and then sell it for a profit.

There are several civil codes and laws that John Beck has broken. I've attached my attorney letter just so you can see why people on this site are so pissed off.

Not to mention, that Beck has authorized a refund to me 3 times, and renigged each and every time. Now he's sicking his collection agency EPN on me for the 3 calls I participated to the tune of over $7000. Those calls were only 20 minutes each, my attorney doesn't even charge that much.

Hopefully, you'll read more carefully next time you begin to pass judgment.

Oh by the way, I have my real estate sales license and have had for 15 years, and they were able to trick me thru several (about 7) phone calls, and false promises.

Re: JoAnn and Roderic County v. Mentoring of America LLC

Dear Mentoring of America:

This office represents Joann and Roderic County concerning their September, 2004 purchase of the Amazing Profits Real Estate Program.

Your company is currently trying to collect $7246.31 from the Countys by making debt collection calls (through your related entity EPN) and by threatening to report this amount on the Countys' credit reports.

As explained below, the Countys do not owe any amount, and you are not entitled to make any credit reporting as to them.

I have reviewed the history of this transaction, and find your company's conduct to be shockingly fraudulent.

The following is a non-exhaustive list of the fraud:

The CD's and books from the Amazing Profits program were useless. The manuals were incomplete, the vast majority of the websites referenced were dead links, and the CD's were merely infomercials.

Mentoring of America promised the Countys that

(1) they could not fail because they would be your next infomercial success story,

(2) that if they invested 5-10 hours per week they would make their money back in 60-90 days, and

(3) that they would make hundreds of thousands of dollars in the foreclosure market. These were false representations designed to induce the Countys to buy more useless products.

Mentoring of America solicited the Countys to use other people's money for a new real estate program by allowing Mentoring of America to charge their credit card $13,960.00.

Your company told the Countys that this amount included

(1) lifetime tax preparation or advice, anytime of day or night;

(2) free creation of an LLC in Nevada with someone there to answer the phones anytime; and

(3) a free trip to Las Vegas to see a John Beck seminar, with travel expenses paid. All of these statements were false. Mentoring of America later tried to charge the Countys additional money for every one of the above items.

Mentoring of America quoted a price to my clients of $13,960 and charged that amount on their credit card. Not coincidentally, this was the County's current credit limit at that time.

I understand from my investigation that your company has been defrauding many other consumers by charging them depending on their credit limits.

My clients requested a refund, and Mentoring of America ignored their calls and letters. However, once my clients did a chargeback on their credit card, your company sent my clients email confirmation that the entire $13,960 would be refunded.

Kindell Graham of your company told the Countys not to worry, that this was a total refund and that they would not be the subject of any debt collection efforts.

These representations were also apparently false. As soon as it had promised a refund, in writing, your company refused return of the books and CD's, and assigned the account to your sister company debt collection agency EPN. Ms. Graham started avoiding the Countys' calls, and once when she answered one of those calls, falsely told the Countys that she would fix the mistake. She did not.

EPN is now trying to collect $7246.31 from the Countys, allegedly for the materials they tried to return and four mentoring calls. EPN now maintains that Mentoring of America didn't actually intend to refund anything, and always intended to collect the money from the Countys later.

This is outrageous -- Mentoring of America's own email states otherwise. I am also shocked that your company would try to collect the unconscionable amount of $7246.31 for a total of four phone calls lasting 20 minutes each, which constituted little more than walking my clients through a website and having them write down their goals.

EPN has also informed my clients that their credit reports are about to be damaged, and that Mentoring of America has instructed it to collect the debt.

In addition to the obvious fraud chronicled above, your company violated California's Home Solicitation Sales Act in wholesale fashion.

The Legislature passed the Home Solicitation Sales Act in 1971 in order to protect consumers from the unfair pressures of sales which are consummated in the home.

See Civil Code 1689.5 et. seq.; Weatherall Aluminum Products, Co. v. Scott, 71 Cal.App.3d 245, 249 (1977).

The Act grants consumers a 3-day right to cancel such transactions. Civil Code 1689.6.

The seller must disclose the 3-day right to cancel in writing, directly above the space for the consumer's signature on the contract (Civil Code 1689.7(a)(1)), and must orally disclose the 3-day right to cancel as well. Civil Code 1689.7(f).

The seller must also provide a special tear-off cancellation form in duplicate that the buyer may then use to cancel the transaction. Civil Code 1689.7(b).

Your company did none of these things.

Therefore, my clients have the right to cancel the transaction at any time. Civil Code 1689.7(g). Upon cancellation, your company had 10 days to refund all payments made under the contract, and had 20 days to pick up its goods.

Your company did not refund all the payments, and it failed to accept the returned goods.

Accordingly, my clients may keep the goods without any obligation to pay. Civil Code 1689.7(c) and 1689.11.

It makes no difference that your sales force used the telephone to induce the Countys to enter into the agreements, and never came to their home.

The Act applies to telephonic transactions where the offer is accepted at home, regardless of who initiates the telephone call.

People v. Toomey, (1985) 157 Cal.App.3d 1; Weatherall Aluminum Products v. Scott, (1977) 71 Cal. App.3d 245; Janzen v. Workers' Comp. Appeals Bd, (1997) 68 Cal.Rptr.2d 260, 263; Luskin & Sons, Inc. v. Samovitz, (1985)166 Cal.App.3d 533, 536 (Although the home solicitation statute is commonly thought of as protecting consumers from the high pressures sales tactics of door-to-door solicitors, the clear, unambiguous language of the statute gives it a much broader application).

Pursuant to the Home Soliciation Sales Act, and because of the underlying fraud described above, any transactions between your company and the Countys are entirely void and unenforceable.

You are also hereby put on notice that your company violated many provisions of the Consumers Legal Remedies Act at Civil Code 1770

(a). The CLRA provides the prevailing consumer with injunctive relief, and attorneys fees. Moreover, you are hereby advised that if you fail to cure your violations of the CLRA within 30 days, the Countys will also be entitled to damages and punitive damages against you.

You have the opportunity to cure your violations by doing the following within 30 days:

1. Agreeing in writing to waive any alleged debt you contend the Countys owe, and recalling your debt collection agency EPN.

2. Agreeing in writing on behalf of Mentoring of America and EPN not to report any tradeline on the Countys credit reports at any time.

3. Ceasing all contact with the Countys, including by EPN.

4. Returning the Countys' payment of $39.95 for the Amazing Profits materials.

If you do not comply with this demand, the Countys will file a lawsuit against your company and EPN for fraud, violations of the Home Solicitation Sales Act, violations of the Rosenthal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and for damages and punitive damages under the Consumers Legal Remedies Act.

The Countys will also consider bringing a class action to set aside all of your transactions in California during the last four years as voidable home solicitation sales, and to force you to return all monies you have obtained in those transactions.

Thank you for your consideration of the above. I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,
Alexander B. Trueblood

Evidence & posting rules

AUTHOR: Stella - (U.S.A.)

Am guessing Reid of HI, is the moderator (such blatant disregard for stated post rules usually mean one thing.) Am puzzled though, scanning down through all the viscious postings; why the lack of evidence to support your own claims? $50 million would certainly put you on some list somewhere. I've never even heard of you. I'm pretty obsessive about doing advance research on these guys. So how about putting your $50 million out there where your mouth is? As for taking the word of others on this site; how is that any different than testimony from folks responding to your rantings about these programs you are blasting? We are still being asked to believe something purely on "say so."

I've taken seminars advertised on infomercials as well as through local organizations with legitimate "store-fronts." I do find greater pressure sales pitch from the traveling "show." I'm also very cautious of "moving store fronts" on the web or otherwise. (I DON'T do business with highly transient entities.) As to the money up front argument - I can only say that every single college course I've taken, insisted on my money UP FRONT - and they didn't guarantee any monetary success at the end of their rainbow - that part was always up to me. Further, the local real estate board charges member fees as well as course fees UP FRONT to access their investor training programs; they also make no guarantees as to a person's success.

Your radar is 100% accurate. I believe they call this women's intuition.

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

Thank You Terry For Sharing Your Experience.

Hey there Terry,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

Your radar is 100% accurate. I believe they call this women's intuition. I have attended numerous so called "free seminars" and not once, have the company hosting the seminar not attempt to sell me on their UNPROVEN rubbish.

"Free seminars" are just invites to lure many into a hotel ballroom/conference room, etc, etc, to sell them on some kind of UNPROVEN "wealth building" system.

UNPROVEN "wealth building" systems that supposedly are so great, companies are willing to share the UNPROVEN "wealth building" strategies to total strangers, for what would be huge losing propositions for the businesses selling them.

There's really no point in notifying the Post Office about such scams. There are literally thousands, or possibly even millions of different fraudulent offers being circulated via U.S. Postal on a daily basis.

There's hardly anything that the U.S. Postal Service can or would do to deter such nonsense, exept make excuses as to why they don't.

The Post Office would want absolutely nothing to do with preventing/detering such rubbish from being circulated, because even scum bags pay postage. We are talking millions of dollars in revenue here.

PAID Infomercials are no different. It's important for everyone to realize, that advertisements containing UNPROVEN "success stories" (testimonials) and or UNSUBSTANTIATED claims are meaningless.

Thank you Terry, for coming forward to share your experience. Please come back from time to time to share your insight and any new information you come across.

Until next time, take care Terry cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

I received an invitation in the mail yesterday from a Reed West, President of American Training Conference. The postmark is Salt Lake City, UT. Inside, two complimentary VIP tickets $69 each value. My rip-off radar which brought me to your website where I found lots of people describing similar seminar/conferences where they were ripped off! Because of your website, I will not become a victim. Thank you for the warnings.

Should I alert the Post Office about this mailing?

Thank you Reid for your diligence!

Resolvement And Nothing Else Matters!

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

Hey there Everyone,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

IMPORTANT: Disregard any and all rebuttals that are positive in it's content, but are not of resolvement. They're all meaningless and bogus.

Rebuttals that fail to resolve complaints at consumer advocacy sites are no different than the very advertisement(s) that are responsible for the many unacknowledged and unresolved complaints to begin with.

Many either misunderstand the purpose of the rebuttal feature, or intentionally use it as a means to further perpetuate their scams. This is a CONSUMER ADVOCACY site where resolvement of consumer complaints are key and nothing else matters.

OPINIONS, UNSUBSTANTIATED claims, testimonies of UNKNOWN people, UNPROVEN success stories, FRAUDULENT sales pitches, etc, etc, are all garbage.

All of the items listed above are meaningless in PAID advertisements and therefore these items sure as hell don't say a d**n thing about businesses in public forums.

I'm the only "guru" selling legitimate "mentoring" programs. My newest addition to my extensive library of "mentoring" programs is "How to spot fraudulent businesses and shill rebuttals from a mile away "mentoring."
HA HA HA HAAAAAAAAAA! LMAO at all shills.

Copy and paste this rebuttal to any rebuttal, which you feel are bogus.

Discussion About The John Beck Scam.

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

Hey there John,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

JOHN: This is my 2nd response to your comments to Reid and me. I am not sure why my 1st response wasn't printed but I'll try again. You have answered several of my original questions (from the last response that wasn't printed). I do accept your apology from the last correspondence.

REID: Thank you very much for the encouraging words.

JOHN: Before you get too harsh on Reid (or anyone else on this site who has been ripped off by the Beck mentor scandal) when you get on a site like this and declare yourself a mentor who charges a fee up front, red flags go up to all who have been previously scammed.

REID: Well said. Successful people DO NOT go boasting about things on consumer advocacy sites. Doing so would be comparable to that of rubbing salt on someone's wounds.

Unfortunately however, people that have a vested interest in a particular scam often use consumer advocacy sites as playgrounds to furter perpetuate their scams, by posting even more UNPROVEN nonsense.

That's why it is especially important, that everyone ignore and disregard any and all rebuttals that are not resolving in nature.

Rebuttals by reported companies are absolutely no different than their fraudulent advertising in that the company is truly at liberty to make whatever claims necessary to move their product.

JOHN: I am happy to hear about your refund policy your company implemented. That was one of my questions from the last posting. I do believe that the reason most of us get harsh with "mentor gurus" is the fact that the customer takes all the risk.

REID: True. A person accepting "up front" money for services literally has no incentive to live up to his or her end of an agreement.

JOHN: In any other service industry, the customer doesn't pay till the job has been done. Would you pay a roofer up front before he repaired or replaced your roof? Do you pay ANYONE ELSE who performs a service for you, all the money up front before the job is done?

REID: No ways! A deposit maybe. In the case of Real Estate mentoring programs, the "up front" money is usually in the form of non refundable containers.

JOHN: We, as a customer, have to blindly pay huge amounts to a "guru" who promises to show us new and innovative ways to get rich in Real Estate.

REID: Absolutely right. 1. John Beck's program is sold through the use of deceptive advertising, unsubstantiated earning claims, fraudulent sales pitches, etc, etc. 2. The fraudulent John Beck team charges all of their victims a different amount for the exact same garbage. 3. The fraudulent John Beck team then fails miserably to live up to any of their claims and or their end of the agreement. 4. The fraudulent John Beck team desperately attempts to win over their victims in the credit card dispute process, by submitting nothing of relevance. 5. The fraudulent John Beck team randomely sicks the fraudulent collection agency known as EPN on their victims. 6. The fraudulent John Beck team has not once come forward in the public eye to acknowledge and resolve any customer related issues. 7. There's an obvious pattern in the many reports posted by victims of the John Beck scam. 8. This is not the only site containing complaints/reports regarding the John Beck scam.

JOHN: There is no risk on the "guru's" part. No incentive for doing a good job. Heck, it may be in his best interest to do a mediocre job in this situation --he has already been paid and if he can drag out the sessions, he might get paid more.

REID: True. A "guru" would have no incentive to share his "wealth building" Real Estate strategies to total strangers for less than the "earning potential" claimed possible. Any way you look at the scenario, it's a losing proposition for so called "gurus."

JOHN: I would have gladly paid a % of my profits to the Beck mentors and if their methods were as profitable as they allege, they would make alot more $$'s from me than the $12,500 that was charged up front (40-50% fee of the 6-figure amounts that they said I would make would make it a win-win situation for both parties).

REID: True. This is the very reason why I've issued my public challenge to Beck and any one of the other so called Real Estate "gurus." My public challenge would literally yield any one of these genetic inbreed at least 4 times the amount the fraudulent John Beck team tried to swindle out of me. It doesn't surprise me, that not one of these genetic inbreeds accept this public challenge.

JOHN: If a guru carefully selects his students and charges a percentage of the students 1st years profits, this method would be better for everyone--the mentor would have incentive to teach a better product and the student wouldn't feel the crunch of a maxed out credit card with very little available liquid capital for investing.

REID: True however, the program would have to be legitimate for this to be beneficial. John Beck's program is a scam and therefore would render such an idea useless.

JOHN: The fact that you come on this site and declare yourself a mentor when almost everyone who uses this site has been scammed by one is similar to a white sheet wearing KKK member waltzing into a NAACP meeting--the comments are not going to be pretty!!

REID: Or like a KKK member in his clown attire walking alone down a busy LA intersection. Never happen!

JOHN: You do bring up some good points, however, and have a lot of guts for admitting your past profession on this site. You are much smarter and a better speller than the Beck mentoring idiot- Jason.

REID: True. Cliffy would beat Jason in any spelling B hands down.

JOHN: If you haven't read his dribble, do so for a good laugh--go to the 12/16/04 postings to find them. Then you will better understand why most of us get so IRATE at the mentoring profession!!

REID: Yes, because if the people that shovel these programs were so successful, why in the world are they working for a company selling programs?

JOHN: Careful about bashing Reid on this site--his passion about helping victims (like myself) get reimbursed from the Beck scandal has been inspiring and great therapy.

REID: Thank you! We help one other. That's what consumer advocacy is all about.

JOHN: Most of us on this site have various forms of stress related tension from getting scammed by Beck's crew and Reid has been heroic in his passion to help us. Bashing him on this site is like pissing on "the Babe's" statue at Yankee Stadium--not the smartest thing to do!!

REID: LMAO. Thank you very much John, but I would not dare compare myself to the "Babe".

JOHN: Better realize that when you have been scammed as badly as most of us have, most of us will not buy the idea that there are any "honest mentors" out there.

REID: At least without any solid PROOF. Once you've been scammed, you become a lot more skeptical about almost everthing.

JOHN: If you don't understand this, then you probably shouldn't be checking out this site and blindly giving advise as how to deal with it.

REID: Seriously! Consumer advocacy sites are no place for monkey business.

JOHN: We are dealing with it the best way possible--discussing our issues with Reid and others and leaning on each other to get through it.

REID: We are severely wounded financially Cliffy. Some more than others.

JOHN: I do not believe that you have the knowledge to lecture us. Not that you don't know your stuff in Real Estate--No doubt you probably do. You don't know how badly some of us are hurting after getting THOUSANDS scammed from us by fraud and broken promises. Unless you have shared this traumatic experience, I do not believe you should get on this site and brag about your "expertise" and then bash Reid because he rips you for it. Good thing you don't know the Beck crooks. My response to you would have been much more foul if you said you were associated with them!!

REID: Great posting John. We should all get together one day and protest outside of John Beck's place of business. By the way, have you gotten a refund yet? Be sure to keep everyone posted on exactly what's going on.

Until next time, take care John cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

NOTICE TO CLIFF: Seriously Cliff, I'm not mad at you, nor do I hate you. I DO NOT however, as I'm sure most don't, appreciate someone coming to our safe haven to further dump on victims.

About the insults... I'm just having a good time while letting off steam. Don't take anything I post personally, unless that is John Beck's your relative.

There's No Such Thing As Legitimate Mentoring Programs.

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

Hey there Everyone,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spitits and health.

Disregard any and all rebuttals that are not of resolvement and are positive in nature regarding "mentoring" programs.

Successful people DO NOT make their way to consumer advocacy sites to try and defend their program with nothing but more UNPROVEN fairy tales.

There is no such thing as legitimate "wealth building" programs being sold to total strangers, for less than the "earning potential" claimed possible.

Cliffy on the other hand, like all shills, expects people to believe otherwise. That's because like all shills, Cliffy is full of cow dung!

Cliffy claims that 95% of his students became successful and went on to make more money than what they've invested to receive the secret "wealth building" knowledge.

In other words, the company in which Cliffy worked, successfully "mentors" 95% of it's students to make more money than they receive for the "valuable" infomation. Then Cliffy just up'd and left the company???

Yeeeaah, and I own seven properties located in the beautiful foot hills of Hollywood. Make that nine including the ones next to Brad Pitt's and Beyonce's estate.

These luxurious properties will be for sale in the beginning of August and will only cost whatever ones "available credit" may be.

After I'm through unloading these properties for quick profits, I'll be content with being a "bend over" spokesperson for fraudulent businesses providing them with useless and UNPROVEN shill rebuttals, just as Cliffy does.

Desperate to convince are we? It's really simple Cliffy. A business only needs to provide three things to PROVE the legitimacy of their program.

1. Disclosure of the true "success-failure" ratio of their program.

2. Documented PROOF of such "success stories." Otherwise people may inadvertantly mistake your rebuttals as being full of $h!t.

3. Willingness to come forward in the public eye to address, explain and resolve all customer related issues/complaints. Otherwise people may inadvertantly mistake your company as having much to hide.

Quite simple eh?

Until next time, take care Everyone cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

P.S. I was just kidding everyone about the properties in Hollwood. They're not for sale! My nine properties in the north pole however, are. HA HA HA HAAAAA!

The fact that you come on this site and declare yourself a mentor when almost everyone who uses this site has been scammed by one is similar to a white sheet wearing KKK member waltzing into a NAACP meeting--the comments are not going to be pretty!! You do bring up some good points, however, and have a lot of guts for admitting your past profession on this site. You are much smarter and a better speller than the Beck mentoring idiot- Jason. If you haven't read his dribble, do so for a good laugh--go to the 12/16/04 postings to find them. Then you will better understand why most of us get so IRATE at the mentoring profession!! Careful about bashing Reid on this site--his passion about helping victims (like myself) get reimbursed from the Beck scandal has been inspiring and great therapy. Most of us on this site have various forms of stress related tension from getting scammed by Beck's crew and Reid has been heroic in his passion to help us. Bashing him on this site is like pissing on "the Babe's" statue at Yankee Stadium--not the smartest thing to do!! Better realize that when you have been scammed as badly as most of us have, most of us will not buy the idea that there are any "honest mentors" out there. If you don't understand this, then you probably shouldn't be checking out this site and blindly giving advise as how to deal with it. We are dealing with it the best way possible--discussing our issues with Reid and others and leaning on each other to get through it. I do not believe that you have the knowledge to lecture us. Thanks for hearing me out--Greetings to all my other fellow victims-

Please Enroll Into One Of My Mentoring Programs Cliff.

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

Hey there Everyone,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

CLIFF: If you could please just calm down... wow you're going to have a stroke or something!!!

REID: Don't tell me what to do Cliffy.

CLIFF: Please go read my posts again..

REID: No I won't read your post again because everyone's already aware they're full of $h!t! Successful people DO NOT look for complaints which they cannot explain or resolve.

This is a consumer advocacy site in case you haven't noticed, where people are not particularly interested in more UNPROVEN "success stories" posted by shills.

As I've stated many times before, there is no such thing as legitimate "wealth building" programs being distributed in any way, to total strangers, for less than the "earning potential" claimed possible.

If there were such magical programs these genetic inbreeds would use the strategies themselves, as opposed to peddle the so called "wealth building secrets."

You'll obviously never be able to comprehend this as your ridiculous theory on "economics" clearly shows it.

CLIFF: I was talking about James Smith, and that I know him and that as far as I know as of one and a half years ago, he is not a scam like what was being said in this string.

REID: Where's your PROOF of this! Where's all of James Smith's FAIRY TALE "success stories" you're so adamant about discussing on a consumer advocacy site? You're full of $h!t Cliffy.

CLIFF: I am not defending anyone, I am just giving a little insight as to my experience in the industry.

REID: You mean UNPROVEN experience?

CLIFF: If you were not being such an a$$ and would go back and read what I said in the context that I used. You will find that I in no way defended the practices of Beck. I don't even know this person and therefore cannot make any comments in regards to him or anything he does.

REID: I'm being an a$$? If you don't know Beck, what made you feel compelled to respond to my posting in the first place? If James Smith's program is legitimate as you claim, he has nothing to worry about now does he? Cliff you're an idiot!

CLIFF: I can only speak for the classes I taught for NRI. I worked for them a year and a half ago, and taught somewhere around 100 mentor programs.

REID: More of your UNPROVEN jiberish I guess.

CLIFF: I had maybe 5 complaints out of 100 that people wanted their money back, and it was only refunded after another mentor taught them another class. In other words, if they did not like me or the contents of my class, they would get another mentor to teach the class. If after that they where still unhappy they were refunded their money for the mentor program.

REID: So basically you're saying you had a 95% success rate? Wow, not even my programs have this high of a success rate. LOL. If I had such a high success rate, I would never even think about leaving the industry???

You're good Cliff. So many "success stories" and not even one of them are willing to furnish PROOF of their success? Modest are we?

CLIFF: Never did I work for BECK!

REID: No one said you have.

CLIFF: Now as far as your insults. I can forgive you since you are attacking me without knowledge of who I am or what I have done. It really shows your ignorance.

REID: You have no right to call anyone ignorant believe me. You have a problem with insults and yet you go ahead and refer to me as ignorant? Not only are you full of defecation Cliff, you're a
f%ck!ng hypocrite!

CLIFF: I wonder, did you purchase something from NRI? Or did this Beck person scam you and therefore you assume everyone is a scam artist?

REID: I assume nothing. Everything I state is that of pure facts and or logic. Logic tells us, that "successful people" would have no purpose of visiting consumer advocacy sites and would definitely not respond to postings that had nothing to do with them.

CLIFF: I suggest if you did get burned by someone, take action against that person. Stop hating others for your lack of judgment. And as with anything in life, if you don't know jack$hit about someone or something, keep your ignorant insults to yourself.

REID: I've been posting here well over a year now
for my health. Your stupidity Cliff, never seems to amaze me. I don't hate you Cliff, I have nothing but love for you my brother. I'm not insulting you either. Maybe it just seems that way, because you have an uncanny ability to PROVE everything I say about you.

CLIFF: I have been burned before and so have other people. The world is full of con artists. And I learned to use this site and the BBB, and I check out everyone I do business with.

REID: Did you make "lemonade?" Oh by the way, the BBB is also a scam, just to let you know. Whenever I hear someone mention this bogus organization, I'm always a bit leary of them and their intentions off the bat.

CLIFF: As far as proving my history in the business as to what I said above...
How do you want the proof? Nothing I said is bull $hit, unlike your ridiculous ramblings.

REID: Don't need PROOF anymore as everyone already knows you're full of $h!t. If someone had such PROOF of their "success", they would furnish it long before visiting a consumer advocacy site to dump on the many victims of "mentoring" programs.

But I still love you Cliff my brother. Are you still interested in enrolling into one of my many "mentoring" programs? Call me and have your credit card handy. I'm sorry to say my programs only have a 93.9% success rate.

Until next time, take care Everyone cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

BEWARE: Shill On The Loose!

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

Hey there Everyone,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in goods spirits and health.

Shill rebuttals are rebuttals that fail to resolve complaints/reports, or fails to PROVE reports to the contrary in some way, shape or form.

Cliffords rebuttals are prime examples of shill rebuttals, as they fail miserably to do any of the above. Cliffords rebuttals, like all shill rebuttals, are just feeble attempts to convince people that legitimate "mentoring" programs exist. Fact is they don't! Wealth builing "mentoring" programs are just f%ck!ng fairy tale scams.

1. Cliffords rebuttals bring absolutely nothing in his defense, or the company's in which he's desperately trying to defend.

2. Cliffords rebuttals bring absolutely no PROOF of his program's success or PROOF which contidicts any of the reports regarding "mentoring" programs. Like all shills, Clifford expects everyone to just take his word for it.

Shills are any and all individuals who have a vested interested in the very scam they're trying to shovel ie; employees, ex-employees, brownie packers like Clifford, etc, etc.

I am really glad however, that Clifford was able to get a good laugh out of one of my famous quotes, as it clearly shows what an idiot he truly is.

QUOTE IN WHICH CLIFFORD FINDS HUMOROUS: There is absolutely no such thing as legitimate "wealth building" information being deciminated to total strangers for less than the "earning potential" claimed possible, despite what Clifford and his lack of knowledge in "economics" suggests.

Such programs would be an enormous losing proposition to anyone promoting such "valuable"information and would also PROVE economics to be erroneous.

According to Clifford's knowledge in "economics", or lack thereof, which is obviously only being used as a cop out excuse, the Nigerian Scam, Envelope Stuffing and a host of other world reknown scams are actually legitimate programs, due to the amount of victims being numerous.

According to Cliffords fantasy world of "economics", scams become legitimate programs after enough victims fall prey to FRAUD.

Clifford clearly suggests, that the amount of victims that fall prey to a scam ultimately determine the legitimacy of the program. This is the most retarded thing I've heard in my entire life. Where the f%ck did Clifford study "economics?"

NOTE: It's not a scam, if one's able to generate millions through deception and FRAUD. LMAO.
I think courses in common sense and not "economics", is more suited for a person with Clifford's intelligence.

Hey Clifford, for a limited time only, I am offering flight lessons via telephone "coaching". Contact me through a rebuttal and be sure to have your credit handy. I'm only charging whatever you can spare on your credit card(s).

ADDED BONUS: Bring me more suckers, I mean business, and I'll drastically discount your "coaching". Don't mention anything to anyone about my programs being scams, as I am trying to con as many people as possible thus PROVE that my programs are legitimate. F%ck it, the victims can make "lemonade" with all the lemons they receive from me. HA HAAAAAAAAAA!

BONUS#2: Enroll within the next 30 minutes and receive free Tantra telephone "mentoring." Bring me women to demonstrate on and receive even more discounts. The sex industry is huge Cliff! Don't let this offer pass you by!

Thanks For The Laughs Cliff. You've Made My Stomache Hurt.

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

Hey there Everyone,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

CLIFF'S EXCUSE TO MY QUOTE: Its economics - Real Estate "Gurus" would have absolutlely nothing to gain by sharing their "wealth building" strategies to total strangers for less than the "earning potential" they claim possible.

REID: Don't even bother with the excuse of "its economics" bull$h!t! It's a scam! No one who visits consumer advocacy websites is particularly interested in how much packages have been sold by a fraudulent business. I don't care if John Beck sold fifty million of his fraudulent programs, it don't PROVE a d**n thing!

What concerns victims of scams is how many people failed using these programs as opposed to succeeded and why what has been received were not even close to what has been agreed upon. We're talking FRAUD here!

CLIFF: Real Estate "Gurus" would have absolutlely nothing to gain by sharing their "wealth building" strategies to total strangers for less than the "earning potential" they claim possible.

Why in the world would anyone train total strangers into making the kind of profits so often fraudulently claimed possible for only $6,000.00?

That made me laugh... while I was working at NRI (NOT John Beck's Free and Clear program) I know they sold at least 1,000 of those packages... 6,000.00 X 1,000 =6,000,000 I dont have exact numbers, but I do know it is way more than that when you factor in the mentor programs and other sales items...

REID: How do you know John Beck's Free and Clear program sold that many packages if you were working for another company?

Besides, the amount of packages a business sells means nothing. The fact that these "mentoring" programs literally have 100 times more complaints than they do resolved issues says it all.

CLIFF: I think it is an obvious answer...

Most of the people I dealt with made money from the program, IF they put in the effort that it takes to do so. The problem is it is not a sit at home and do nothing and wait for a check in the mail system. You have to go out and WORK to make money at it as with anything else in life. Most of the people that feel ripped off are the ones that want something for nothing.

REID: YEEEEEAH! And I saw the easter bunny outside my window last night. Seriously, did I mention seeing Santa Clause also? The tooth fairy was outside my neighbors house, but I think that may have been just an apparition. LOL at just how ridiculous one who bends over for a living can be.

Does this idiot see how many unacknowledged and unresolved complaints John Beck has on this website alone? Does bending over for fraudulent businesses cause blindness and stupidity?

CLIFF: I must also agree the sales tactics should be changed. But you do get what you pay for, in other words if you take the course (6,000.00-30,000) and make 10,000,000 in your life time, due to the information you learned in the course... what does that make the class worth????

REID: So you are saying Cliff, that one should pay $6,400.00 for directions to a few FREE public websites (government auctions) and a suggestion to have all of ones tax related inquiries handled by H&R Block?

What should one receive for $30,000.00? Five times the fraudulent service? LOL. If this is the case, I definitely need to up the prices of my telephone sex "mentoring" program where my students receive much more.

CLIFF: I do not want to make anyone mad, but life is what YOU make of it... if you get lemons? MAKE lemonade!

REID: I don't think you're offending anyone here. Making them laugh with all your brilliantness maybe. "If you get stiffed for twelve grand and receive grapes? MAKE grape juice!" Bright individual.

CLIFF: I know there are a few bad apples out there, if you do you homework and find someone with a good history, and they practice what they preach... you may get something good out of it!!!

REID: I am one with a good history and I whole heartedly practice what I preach. Would you be interested Cliff, in enrolling into one of my "mentoring" programs?

I'll give you a good discount I promise! Sorry if I'm unable to PROVE the legitimacy of my programs at this time, but if you get sold a lemon, I know you'll just MAKE lemonade out of it. ROFLMAO. You've proven that you're a very optimistic person by suggesting something so retarded. HA HA HA HAAAAAAAAAA!

CLIFF: Mahalo,

Cliff
PS I taught a "mentor class" in Hawaii and my student made a lot of money and is VERY successful buying and selling property there. And I can prove that!!!

REID: What a coincidence! I taught several "mentoring" classes out in Arizona. Swimming and surfing classes and many of my students are now very successful "mentors" as well. HE HEEEEE HE! I can PROVE it..... but of course you know I won't.

Until next time, take care Everyone cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

I was misunderstood!!! sorry for the communication error

AUTHOR: Clifford - (U.S.A.)

I have to say sorry for the communication error. I posted in this forum under the lines that NRI is a Beck program. See below from the top of the string...

Company
James Smith Financial Super Stars National Real Estate Investors - Greatest Real Estate Training
Address:
2230 N. University Parkway Blding 5
Provo Utah 84604
U.S.A.
Phone Number:
800-276-1430

I, in no way, am saying you are a sucker... Please accept my apology. What I am saying is that I was a "mentor instructor" at NRI. I worked with James Smith and I know that he is an honest person, and I know he has help people on personal.

I taught the mentor program that NRI sells for somewhere around 30,000.00.It included the entire program. (3 day, software, mentor, coaching, M-5 class) I know that my program was a good "class" (3 days at your location) since I received testimonials from the students after my class (95% of the people that took my class rated the class a minimum of a 8 on a scale of 1-10. I know from my own personal experience that 60% of the people that take the class will do something with it after I leave. The other 40% don't even open their reading material!!! My students were somewhere in the 75-80 range.

I am sorry to say I do not know this Beck person, I know there are a$$es in the business and I am sorry you met one. Call the Attorney General in your area and report them. Most of these companies have MAJOR AG problems and you can get your money back. Call the credit card company and dispute the charges. Most of the time the company will refund your money if you push and push and push. All you have to do is be strong and go in like a bull and they will bend and give you back your money. Most of these people are trained to jerk you around till you get tired of calling them... if you stop they win!!!
I was fortunate to not be involved with scam artists, I hear about them all the time. I do know they are out there and I hope they go to JAIL!!!

I left the business due to people like that in the industry, they made it bad for me and I am an excellent mentor. I did it because I love to help people become successful. Oh yea, and I made a decent living too!!! It was fun and the travel was outstanding, first class all the way!

Working my techniques in markets all over the US was interesting to see that they really work and as long as you bust your butt.... you get results.

PLEASE NOTE:
I work 24-7 now in the commercial real estate venue, as an investor. I work day and night so I know it takes allot of work. I do not do any mentoring for the liability reasons only. I feel the industry for the most part is filled with GURU'S, some good some bad. I think it is a crapshoot as to who is going to teach you the right thing.

Ok, I will stop now I hope that helps some people out...
Ciao,

Can't make lemonade out of garbage!!

AUTHOR: John - (U.S.A.)

Cliff, you do bring up a couple of good points (such as the fact that people have to work to make $$'s, it is not just handed to them) Don't for a second, try to defend the Beck methods on this site, however, because you insinuate that those of us who have gotten scammed wanted something for nothing (to just kick back and watch the $$'s roll in)

I cannot speak for others but that could not be further from the truth for me. I was willing to use their methods and work hard if these methods made any sense. When you charge a large price for a product with many promises about the quality of it, the customer should expect quality in return.

How would you feel if I sold you a beautiful gold ring for big bucks and you later found out that the "gold" wasn't real and the ring was worthless. A salesman has at least a minimal obligation to his customer that the product being sold is what he alleges or a crime is being committed. Like the gold ring example, this is the crime of the Beck program. To interview a customer and stating that they only choose a select few throughout the USA to work directly with Beck and a coach (which is a lie), to charge amounts based on a person's credit card limit for the same product (another illegal act), to promise the moon and only tape a person's agreement to purchase (without taping the promises that led to this agreement) may be legal but unethical.

To promise that you will be using "other peoples money" to implement Beck's methods, which is a total lie is another unethical practice. To promise high quality service and the methods to make big $$'s and not deliver --the list goes on and on. If you are a good coach and have made $$'s for your students, good for you!! Don't come on this site and insinuate that we "suckers" are lazy and that is why we feel we got scammed!! You are setting yourself up for some irate feedback from other readers (like myself) if you do this!! If you haven't bought the Beck program, count youself fortunate and don't EVER consider it.

I will tell you the same thing I told Lee. Don't be wasting peoples time (and this site) by even remotely defending Beck's program unless you know it's contents (and I assume by your posting that you haven't done this) Too many people have been financially wounded by their illegal acts and hopefully, this site will prevent others from getting hurt in the future. Thank you

A Beck "Hangover"!! Most of us who use this site share the same problem -getting hookwinked by these con-artists.

AUTHOR: John - (U.S.A.)

What are the aftereffects of dealing with the fraudulant John Beck's "Mentoring of America"??--How about a newfound hatred for infomercials and telephone solicitors that borders on dangerous!!

For those who haven't done so, go back to postings done on around 12/16/04 and check out this Jason character. He admits to being a coaching guru for this useless company and brags how great he and his company are and admits that they get lots of complaints.

Check out this guys grammar and spelling!! And to think this guy actually teaches?!!? This idiot couldn't spell "cat" if you spotted him the "c" & "a"!!---To blindly brag about a 92% "success" rate is comical!! One has to wonder what constitutes a "success" in his definition??

Someone who he coaches who doesn't threaten him with bodily harm?? Or perhaps someone who doesn't know about this site who "pulls a Lee" and just disappears without getting a refund?? (being soooo embarrassed that they jumped off a cliff instead!) This guy Jason would have a hard time graduating from the "Jethro Bodine School of Guzintas" (you know, 4 guzinta 2 twice, etc.)--If my credit card company has any further questions on the validity of my claim against this company due to fraud and poor quality of service, I plan on making copies of this Jason character's postings and ask the complaint dept--"how would you like to pay big $$'s to get coached by a character like this? --Jason is the poster child on the quality of this company's services!" It is bad enough to be an idiot who works for a fraudulant company. But to go on a site like this and confirm it takes the balls of an elephant (or the stupidity of the original village idiot) Congratulations Jason, you make your company proud!! The few times that I contacted your company, I noticed that your coworkers had two things in common, a lack of professionalism and definite lack of "smarts".

Any time I would call with a question, it was almost impossible to find anyone who could give me an answer. Almost everyone I talked to was either unprofessional, stupid or both!! You can be proud to work with an outfit like this!! I guess that 's why your "success rate" is so high.

After your customers get over the shock of getting their credit cards maxed out, they go into cardiac arrest when they talk to your coworkers and realize just how clueless these people are!! Then, you can claim a "success story" since they are too incapacitated by shock to file a lawsuit!! For all of you victims just finding this site--find this bozo's lame rebuttals and use it against them!!

Most of us who use this site share the same problem -getting hookwinked by these con-artists. They do not do themselves any favors by sending a 3rd grade dropout onto this site to argue the validity of their program!! This just gives us victims more ammo to use against them!! I think I will go into business like Reid (to give him a little competition!!) --I will promise to make all my customers rich beyond their wildest dreams!! (sorry Dean Walker, for copying your statement)--All you have to do is give me $6,250 (heck, this is only half price compared to what I was charged)--I will only offer this to 10 carefully selected people throughout the USA (another quote I copied from good ol' Dean) --Pay me the $$'s up front and I promise you that you will get your money back quick (just don't quote me on it cause I'll deny it later) --I'll swear on the soul of my daughter (too bad I only have a son) that you will indeed be rich soon (just not in our lifetime) and I'll tape your agreement (just not my promises)--After you give me the $$'s, I will give you my million dollar advise--"Go buy a lotto ticket!"---There you have it, advise that you can't (or wouldn't want to) get anywhere else.

My advise is just half priced (to my "special" customers) and you have a lot better chance of getting rich than I did (heck, any kind of odds, however remote, is better than ZERO--the odds of the Beck scam working for you)

I Dare Lee To Get Involved With The Fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute.

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

Hey there John,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

Lee is either a shill or a very dumb individual.

WARNING: It is extremely important that everyone ignore any and all rebuttals claiming to be in favor of a company that has a whole $h!tload of unacknowledged and unresolved reports regarding it. John Beck's in particular.

Any and all rebuttals that fail to resolve complaints in the open are meaningless. Truly successful people DO NOT post "success stories" on consumer advocacy sites. As a matter of fact, the chances of a successful person even stumbling across a consumer advocacy site is slim to nada.

Shills search for complaints and that is why they often end up at the badbusinessbureau. People don't just end up at consumer advocacy sites by coincidence.

Shills post favorable rebuttals that fall way short of contridicting reports regarding the company they are trying to win brownie points from.

Shills are a$$ kissers! Shills are brownie packers! Lee is either a shill or a very dumb individual. I dare him to get involved with the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring institute and later post his experience. We can all use a good laugh.

Until next time, take care John cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

A Glimpse Of John Beck's Fraudulent Real Estate Mentoring Program.

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

Hey there Everyone,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

WARNING: DO NOT purchase John Beck's Free AND CLEAR program. It's a scam! John Beck's fraudulent program, which is peddled via deceptive, misleading and flat out fraudulent Infomercial is just an invite/come on to lure credit worthy victims into a trap.

There's no such thing as legitimate "wealth building" programs being distributed to total strangers for less than the "earning potential" claimed possible.

NEVER allow any advertising to fool you into believing that a product or service is genuine. Also, NEVER allow any genetic inbreed that is peddling garbage to coerce you into coughing up your credit card information.

Sure you see alot of people attending these "wealth building" conventions, seminars, workshops, etc, etc, but what's never disclosed is the exact success to failure ratio of a program.

Gee I wonder why? Could it perhaps have something to do with these "product of incest" maggots knowing their programs are scams?

These inbreeds NEVER disclose pertinent information about their programs, but find no problem in flooding their advertising with disclaimers, which they hide behind. Disclaimers such as "results may vary", "results not typical", etc, etc.

What about using disclaimers such as "employees of this company are result of incest maggots", "all claims made throughout this fraudulent Infomercial are UNSUBSTANTIATED", testimonials that appear throughout this Infomercial are UNPROVEN, "out of ten thousand people who participated in our program, only one succeeded as a result of our program and even that we're unwilling and totally unable to PROVE", etc, etc?

A GLIMPSE OF JOHN BECK'S FRAUDULENT PROGRAM: Directions to a few FREE public websites (google search) and advice to go seek tax related information and have all my tax related inquiries entertained by an H&R Block professional.

Oh I'm sorry. This is not just a "glimpse" of John Beck's program, but rather his entire program. This is exactly what they have attempted to shovel on to me for $6,400.00.

ABSOLUTELY ZERO REAL ESTATE INFORMATION WHATSOEVER!

W.C. Beck!! ..a sucker born every minute, this should also be the motto used by the latest scam artist -John Beck's Mentoring of America.

AUTHOR: John - (U.S.A.)

"There's a sucker born every minute" -is the famous line by the late, great actor W.C. Fields. This should also be the motto used by the latest scam artist -John Beck's Mentoring of America. It is incredible after all the horror stories that have been posted by other past victims that a few people still have the nerve to get on this site and defend this company!! Earlier postings by fellows named Lee and Jason told stories that I found quite incredible. Jason bragged that he coaches for these cockroaches and brags about his incredible wealth. Pity for him!! As I recall, "Dapper Don" John Gotti used to flaunt his wealth the same way and spent the last years of his life rotting in jail. I'm not suggesting that the folks that work for this company has committed murder or anything like that---HOWEVER--fraud and illegal business activities are still crimes that a person can be jailed for.

This company has and still is committing these crimes and preying on the innocent with lies and broken promises. How many more "suckers" do you think you can rip-off before you "screw" with the wrong customer?

Someone with enough $$'s and pull to bring your scandal to light. Like a lucky poker player, if I were you, Jason, I would cash in my ill-begotten gains and take a 1-way ticket out of town before the "crash". And believe me, Jason, there will be a crash and sooner than you think!!

Saying that you bozo's have a 92% success rate which I believe about like the tooth-fairy!! There is no way that anyone can use the worthless sites and information that you guys give and make any money out of them. Also, the "use other peoples money" is a lie and joke! (unless the term "other people" happens to be those who share my name and credit card!!). Also, the cost of the program was said to include everything--not being led by an idiot coach who gives pay-sites to join with the excuse "you'll need to subscribe to these sites based on your financial situation"---What kind of financial situation do you think most of us have after your company gets through jacking up our credit card to the max. Also, how do you explain the wide range of prices your company charges solely based on our credit card availability?

Can't wait to hear the excuse your company gives the judge when this comes to light. To my other "favorite" rebuttal-guy Lee---You actually have good advice on a couple of points. You mentioned the need to move on and forget. I have moved on and continued my pursuit of a 2nd career in Real Estate by purchasing a foreclosure home close to my house that my family is renovating in hopes of making a few bucks. Also purchased 2 undervalued large lots and a 4 unit rental. These were done with no help from the worthless Beck info but the old fashioned way--by looking hard and going in business with other family members.

I work for the State of Illinois as an Advisor in Dept. of Rehab Services investigating fraud in home services for the disabled. What a coincidence--that I would become a victim in fraud and that is my career--to root it out!!

The only reason I have not contacted higher authorities is totally out of embarrassment in admitting that I was guilty of looking for an easy way to make a quick buck. I wanted my wife to be able to retire since she is diabetic and in declining health and I had planned to surprise her after making enough using Beck's methods that she could get out of the daily grind.---What a surprise indeed!! She still does not know about this nor do I intend to tell her. Another reason why I have kept a lid on it. I will, however, continue to warn others on this site irregardless of whether I get my credit card reimbursed or not (hope to find out soon--the 45 days that Beck's crew has to dispute my claim is almost over!!) Lee, I think you are dead wrong in telling others to get over getting ripped off. Have you blown thousands on THIS program?? You claim to have spent many $$'s on mentoring and claim to have gotten alot of good out of the $$'s spent--GOOD FOR YOU!!

Count yourself fortunate that none of it was wasted on this stuff cause it is useless!! Don't give advice on a product you know nothing about and unless you have purchased the package--you don't know the contents of it to give an honest opinion. You also miss the point completely. If people like Reid don't shout from the rooftops, who's going to know?? Are you going to tell them??

Advising people to keep quiet when a major crime is being committed (and this company is committing fraud--that much I am certain!) is like looking the other way while a person is getting raped!!

There are similarities between a rape victim and a "Beck" victim. It's called "post-traumatic stress disorder" and the similarities are quite frightening! Feelings of guilt or worthlessness (which I had after realizing that I was scammed after the 5th useless session), appetite disturbances (luckily, I needed to lose the 20 lb's I lost after losing my appetite for about 1 month.) Suicidal thoughts (not for me but definitely homicidal--I wanted to ring the neck of Dean Walker--the scam artist that talked me into this mess!!) Sleep disturbances (very much so--couldn't sleep for a week after I realized I was scammed.) Concentration problems (definitely--found myself sitting in a stupor at my desk at work cursing this company under my breath.) I would not wish this experience on my worst enemy and you tell people to let it go and question the validity of everyones complaints!! You, my friend are a bozo and this advise is horrible!! Bobby Knight once said (in jest)-"If rape is inevitable, kick back and enjoy it!" This seems to be the motto that you live by. Keep up the good work Reid--you have another loud (and opinionated) voice crying out against this fraudulant company--"LET THE TRUMPETS ROAR" for all you other victims--SPEAK OUT AND BE HEARD. I was quiet and ashamed but NO MORE!!

If I get my $$'s back, I will gladly pledge some of it towards a class-action suit if others will do the same. I was going to "pull a Lee" and just bend over and take it till I found this site. If I get my $$'s back, it will be solely due to this site and the strength it has given me--not to take it but to fight back!! I will not be quiet till these bozo's are where they belong--IN JAIL.

P.S. -To Reid--I broke off contact with Beck's crew back in February. The Customer Service Dept. I was referring to in my last posting was my Credit Card Company's. I told Mentoring of America that I was not interested in their program back then with my reasons and requested a partial reimbursement and they naturally declined with a millions excuses why they wouldn't give me back even a penny---Sound like a company you want to do business with Lee??

Coaching Programs Are BULL$H!T! Just Ask Penn & Teller. LOL.

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

Hey there Everyone,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

I am seriously considering starting my own Real Estate tax lein "mentoring" program. There is a wealth of free information on the Internet that I could sell for whatever "available credit" one has on his or her credit card.

Instead of providing people with directions to a few free auction sites, which is exactly what the fraudulent John Beck team does, I will go to the sites myself and read the instructions to my students thus giving the illusion of knowledge. LOL. Any takers?

Showtime is airing a program entitled Penn & Teller's BULL$H!T. There is a particular subject on "coaching" that I think every victim of the John Beck scam will find interesting and amusing.

Until next time, take care Everyone cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

Tape Recording The Fraudulent Sales Process Sounds Like A Good Idea After All.

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

Hey there John,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

JOHN: I wish I could have my coaching sessions on tape (a good thought for someone who wants to hang this company out to dry who just got scammed before their 1st coaching session and is now finding out about it).

I truly believe that if you could tape the sessions it would be powerful evidence in a class-action suit. Let the jury hear just how useless these sessions are and the worthless sites that we are told to use (for example--blindly buying properties on "Bid for Assets" and being told to just "find a good agent in that area (thousands of miles away from where we live) without even giving us who this honest agent really is to verify the condition of the property being bidded on.

After the jury got through laughing at the "guru's" suggestions on tape, also have a "patsy" tape record how Beck's solicitors operate. This would also be easy. Get a buddy to order the "Free and Easy" info. and have a taping device handy for the followup solicitation call that will surely come one month later. Have him play along with the scam by acting interested and taping all the fake and empty promises to play to the jury. Let the jury hear "you are the smartest person I have ever met. I promise you that you will soon be rich beyond your wildest dreams. We will show you Beck's methods and you wil become as rich as you wanna be. Are you ready for that?? Can you handle success?? I can only pick one person and are you sure that person should be you?

Why should I pick you rather than the other candidates that I have already interviewed? Only one of you will be chosen to work with Mr Beck" If a jury heard this line of crap there is no way that Beck and his imposters wouldn't be hung from the rafters.

REID: The more I read your idea, the more I want to implement it. Actually I have recorded a heated conversation between myself and monkey boy Mike Evans from the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute.

The recording has Mike threatening to sue me if I decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Guess what? Like the a$$hole that I am I not only disputed the charge, but also received every single penny back and would love nothing more than going to court with these fraudsters. I am just waiting for the invite.

Oh wait! They can't sue me, because they're not running a legitimate business. LMAO. Could you imagine what would happen if a fraudulent company attempted to sue one of it's victim's for merely exercising his or right as a consumer to dispute quality of goods or services?

The fact that these "product of incest" maggots aren't even aware of the fact that it's the consumers right to dispute charges, in which a business failed to deliver on an agreement, clearly PROVES that they're nothing but a scam.

Yeah let's go to court so I can reveal my experience, have John Beck and his team of inbreeds fail once again to disprove my experience, or prove it to the contrary thus expose their own scam.

John Beck's Mentoring Institute like the many other $h!t peddlers are not only failing to live up to their claims, but rather are commiting blatant fraud and deceit.

Back to the recording. Tape recordings are inadmissible in most courts and tape recording telephone conversations in some states without ones consent may even be illegal, although I don't believe the penalties would be nearly as stiff as fraud, rackateering, extortion, robbery, and the other crimes being commited by the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute.

It's not a crime to tape record telephone conversations. Radio Shack sells a very good telephone recording device for approximately $20.00. Purchase it, have a friend or relative contact the illegal boiler room operation and go through the fraudulent sales process.

Send a copy of the recording to the Editor of this website. Hopefully he's able to run some kind of live stream audio. Good idea John.

I would send in my tape, but it lacks quality, professionalism and a few other pertinent items such as sales pitches, unsubstantiated claims, etc, etc. Basically it's just an argument caught on tape.

Until next time, take care John cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

Keep Your Head Up My Friend. - there's strength in numbers and the more victims we can round up the better

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

Hey there John,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

JOHN: I want to personally thank Reid for his agressive attack on these worthless fraud-artists.

REID: No no no thank you John. Coming forward to share your experience is a generous and thoughtful gesture.

There are many more victims of the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Insitute trust me, that either won't come forward due to embarsassment and humiliation, or not having the luxury of owning a computer.

There is stregth in numbers and it sucks that there are so many victims of John Beck's deceit, fraud, extortion, etc, etc, and yet they either can't or refuse to come forward to share their experience.

JOHN: What got me the maddest was when I saw the wide range of prices these crooks were charging. Mine was on the higher end due to my larger than average credit card limit (due to my good credit history, I had a large available balance). When I contacted my credit card company (like Reid suggested), I used this as my primary basis for disputing this charge.

REID: Yes this is very true. John Beck's team of monkeys charge each victim a different amount for the exact same garbage.

The cost of John Beck's fraudulent Real Estate program is directly proportional to ones "available credit", which literally means maxing out their victims line of credit.

JOHN: I made copies of other victims stories and faxed theirs (as well as my) stories into their customer service-complaint dept. and this was very effective.

REID: You should cut off all ties with John Beck's company and only deal with your credit card company.

John Beck's company is a fraudulent boiler room operation and your correspondence whether it be by mail or via telephone, will only be used for the employee's entertainment purposes.

Go to infomecialscams and read what a former employee (Nick) had to say about the fraudulent boiler room operation.

You should also refer your credit card company to infomercialscams to view the many other unacknowledged and unresolved complaints regarding the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute.

JOHN: I explained that the salesman made it seem that he was only looking for 1 person in my area willing to use Beck's method and made this look like a job interview (by asking me questions for almost 2 hours) and feeding me a line of B.S. that I was the smartest guy that he had ever interviewed and was exactly who they were looking for (leaving out the part that it was really due to my large credit card $$ availability).

REID: Exactly true. These retards make the offer sound exclusive by feeding their victims the ultimate bull$h!t thus luring them into traps.

JOHN: This scam artist's name is Dean Walker and he should have won an Academy Award for the best con-job ever!!

REID: Can't win an Academy Award, because Hollywood would never allow a "product of incest" to be casted on television. Bad for business.

JOHN: Fraud, misrepresentation (just to name a few illegal business laws broken here). They filed a complaint with this company and the 45 days are almost up. I can now sleep at night knowing that I was a victim here, now the original village idiot which was how I felt after 5 useless coaching sessions. I broke off all contact with this company several months ago but didn't know what to do till I found this site and finally acted (by facing the cold hard facts that I had been the victim of a scam of immense proportions!!) I wish I could have my coaching sessions on tape (a good thought for someone who wants to hang this company out to dry who just got scammed before their 1st coaching session and is now finding out about it).

REID: Don't feel bad John, I, the world's biggest skeptic also fell for the scam. You have to admit, these guys are good at what they do and that's conning innocent people out of their hard earned money. It's no secret and it requires no brains or skill. Anyone with no conscience can do these maggot's line of work.

JOHN: I truly believe that if you could tape the sessions it would be powerful evidence in a class-action suit.

REID: This encompasses too much work. You'd only be doing what the FTC, FBI, credit card companies dispute departments, etc, etc, should've been doing all along.

JOHN: After the jury got through laughing at the "guru's" suggestions on tape, also have a "patsy" tape record how Beck's solicitors operate. This would also be easy. Get a buddy to order the "Free and Easy" info. and have a taping device handy for the followup solicitation call that will surely come one month later. Reid, you seem like a very smart and dedicated guy. If anyone could bring these parasites to their knees it is you. I will continue to support. Hope you like my idea -I would love to be involved in any class-action suit and will help in any way that I can against these crooks.--Thanks

REID: Thank you John for the compliment. I am really no smarter than you, only perserverant and pi$$ed off. I hate to say this, but for now all we can do is kick back and let nature take it's course.

It's wonderful wanting to warn the public about the John Beck scam while protecting as many people as possible from falling into the trap, however, doing this would greatly decrease the amount of reports posted on the Internet regarding John Beck's fraudulent activities.

I know this sounds crazy, but again there's strength in numbers and the more victims we can round up the better. Slowing John Beck's business would only benefit him.

For now John, let your credit card company handle it. If you have any questions, feel free to post them through a rebuttal and I will respond to them as soon as time permits.

Keep your head up my friend. I am confident that you to will recover your money from this scam.

Until next time, take care John cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

Reid, you seem like a very smart and dedicated guy. If anyone could bring these parasites to their knees it is you. I will continue to support. Hope you like my idea -I would love to be involved in any class-action suit and will help in any way that I can against these crooks.--Thanks

Full DISCLOSURE & Not Hidden DISCLAIMERS Is What's Important In Determening The Legitimacy Of A Program.

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

Hey there Everyone,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

WARNING TO HONOLULU RESIDENTS: The two mental midgets/defected & demented dwarfs are making their way to our beautiful islands. I was not able to start a new thread, because of their unknown address and contact information.

You can rest assured however, that I'm going to copy and paste this rebuttal to the inevidible accumulation of reports which will be posted, by the many who attend their bogus "free" seminar (invite in attempt to coerce people to invest thousands into their UNPROVEN Real Estate wokshop).

HIDDEN DISCLAIMERS=SCAM: Whenever you see hidden disclaimers on Infomercials such as "results may vary", or "results not typical", etc, etc, the program is without question fraudulent.

These disclaimers are literally saying, that out of thousands that participate in a program, one "might" succeed.

These hidden diclaimers (fine or blurry print) is all that's required in advertising for fraudulent businesses to deceive the public into their fraudulent programs.

DO NOT conduct business with any company that's not willing to DISCLOSE the exact success to failure ratio of their program and stand behind their program with some kind of guarantee.

When I say guarantee, I don't mean any "income" guarantees, but guarantees that assure the consumers that what has been agreed upon is delivered according to the agreement.

Until next time, take care Everyone cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

Newest SCAM To Hit Honolulu.

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

Hey there Everyone,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

WARNING TO HONOLULU RESIDENTS: There's a new scam seminar in town. I was not able to start a new thread, because of the unknown address and contact information on this fraudulent business.

I will however, copy and paste this rebuttal to the inevidible accumulation of reports which will be posted, by the many who attend this bogus "free" workshop.

The newest inbreed to hit Honolulu is Rance Masheck. It is stated in the Honolulu Advertiser, that "Rance Masheck's advice helps millions via national radio."

Millions with a "s" suggests more than one million. Two, three, four million maybe? Now either this is blatant false advertising on the Honolulu Advertiser's part, or Rance Masheck I would imagine, would be willing to PROVE that his advice has helped millions.

One milllion people is comparable to that of twenty average sized college football stadiums filled to capacity. Two million people forty average sized college footbal stadiums filled to capacity and so fourth. Where are all these people? Is this a secret society?

You mean to tell me that with these millions of people, Rance Masheck can't do better than PAID advertisements containing printed testimonials of unknown?

How's about DOCUMENTED PROOF? Paycheck's maybe? Guarantee? An explanation as to why he feels compelled to share his "wealth building" strategies to total strangers for a loss?

I want to introduce my telephone sex education "mentoring" program to the nation! LOL.

Until next time, take care cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

JUST ONE OF THE MANY DEAD GIVEAWAYS OF THE JOHN BECK SCAM

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

Hey there Everyone,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and heatlh.

There is absolutely no way legitimate Real Estate "mentoring" programs could exist because:

1. There is nothing that would stop someone upon becoming a "success story" from venturing out and "mentoring" others thus saturating the market.

2. Real Estate "mentoring" programs would be an enormous losing proposition for anyone who decided to share their "secrets" to total strangers for less than the possible "profit potential."

EXAMPLE: $10,000.00-$15,000.00 a month for whatever "available credit" one has on his or her credit card(s), which is almost certain to be less than $10,000.00-$15,000.00? BUUUUL SHIIIIATSU!

Why aren't any of these "product of incest"
$h!t peddlers able to PROVE the success of their systems?

These "product of incest" $h!t peddlers can't even PROVE a 1% success rate? I along with many other victims of the John Beck scam on the other hand, can PROVE that 0% of John Beck's students would succeed using the information that we've received from the jack f^ck coaches we've been assigned.

Interested in receiving John Beck's "exclusive" Real Estate secrets? Contact me through a rebuttal and I'll share every detail I've received from the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute for only half of what the inbreeds are asking.

JUST ONE OF THE MANY DEAD GIVEAWAYS OF THE JOHN BECK SCAM: These "product of incest" $h!t peddlers aren't even able to PROVE a 1% success rate, but peddle their bogus program anyhow, to those who claim to NOT own computers? How the f^ck?

Hey there Everyone,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits an health.

ATTENTION LADIES AND GENTLEMEN: There's absolutely no such thing as Real Estate professionals or businesses marketing legitimate "wealth building" strategies to total strangers for less than the "earning potential" claimed possible.

And..... there most certainly is no such thing as Real Estate "gurus" willing to fork out millions to advertise "hidden Real Estate secrets" to total strangers, whether it be seminars, "mentoring", books, tapes, etc, etc.

They're all scams! It would make absolutely zero sense for anyone to subject themelves to such losing propositions.

With none of these disease spreading "product of incest" maggots willing to come forward in the public eye and prove otherwise, it is very safe to assume that less than 1% of their participants succeed using their programs.

Anyone that claims a higher success ratio than 1% while failing to PROVE it, or fails to disclose the exact success to failure ratio of their program entirely are SCAMS.

John Beck's Real Estate programs are scams without question. Contact me through a rebuttal and I will sum up John Beck's fraudulent "mentoring" program for only half of what his team of inbreeds ask and in far less than half the time.

LOL, Aaaah it's great isn't it, not having to PROVE anything about what it is you're selling and also not having to stand behind any of your fraudulent claims, sales pitches, products and services? God Bless America.

Real Estate "Secrets" Are Not For Sale!

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

Hey there Everyone,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

WARNING: Disregard any and all rebuttals that are favorable of "mentoring" programs or claiming to be "success stories." They're all bogus!

There is absolutely no such thing as Real Estate "gurus" or businesses marketing legitimate "wealth building" strategies to total strangers for less than the "earning potential" claimed possible.

$10,000.00-$15,000.00 a month for whatever "available credit" one has on their credit card? AND they're willing to dish out millions to advertise their "valuable secrets to Real Estate riches" to total strangers? YEEEAH!

ULTIMATE TEST:
If the "earning potential" of a progam exceeds the cost to enroll into the program, their offer and business are scams.

Legitimate biz ops NEVER charge fees to enroll. If a business is charging fees over and above the cost of materials, supplies, etc, etc, their offer and business are scams.

If a business ever claims that a particular fee is for the purpose of "training", their offer and business are scams. A business charging a fee for "training", would be no different than Burger King charging it's employees for "training."

Legitimate businesses DO NOT profit from the sales of enrollement. If anyone disagrees with anything from this test, their offer and business are scams.

If you've already made the mistake of ordering John Beck's fraudulent Free and Clear program or any other Real Estate program, immediately return the garbage unopened and contact your credit card company to dispute the charge.

DO NOT accept or respond to any calls coming out of John Beck's office. They've obtained your contact information from the fraudulent company that sold you on the initial garbage.

One of John Beck's associates will more than likely attempt to discourage you from disputing the charge and at the same time attempt to convince you to enroll into their "mentoring" scam. DON'T DO IT!

In the event you accidentally pick up a call coming out of the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute, notify the telephone solicitor that the John Beck Mentoring Institute is to cease all contact or face being reported to the Federal Nuisance Bureau and the FBI on grounds of harassment.

Unfortunately, scam artists and shills take advantage of the rebuttal feature and use it as an opportunity to further perpetuate their scam, by trying to "convince" people of their "success." Bull$h!t!

NRA is a scam! Why aren't successful fast food franchises "mentoring" total strangers to success via telephone coaching? Why aren't successful medical doctors "mentoring" rookie surgeons via telephone coaching?

REID: Hey Na, I have been doing REI for about 30 years (since I was 3) and own more than 50 million in properties. Care to attend my 3 day REI training program? LOL.

NA: The training was exactly what I need to get into real estate investing. I found it helpful and valuable.

REID: I promise my training is exactly what you need to get into real estate investing and that you'll find it helpful and valuable.

REID: I'm in Hawaii and own over 50 million in properties.

NA: My REI friend said that the training was very good and that he picked up a few tips himself.

REID: Then your friend should also find my Real Estate tips helpful. After all, I learned them from John Beck.

NA: Personally I don't know anything about the other person you are talking about, but I think NRI is legit.

REID: No one on this site seems to think so.

NA: I'd definately recommend it to anyone wanting to get into real estate and I've done a deal myself since the course and made my money back.

REID: Order my program today Na and do many deals. I will show you how to make a fortune! You'll be recommending my program left and right.

NA: I plan on continuing with the help of my local investors group. (and no I don't work for them and am in no way affiliated with them.)

REID: Your entire rebuttal Na is full of $h!t at best.

1. There is absolutely no such person or business marketing legitimate "investing" information to total strangers for less than the "earning potential" claimed possible by the many inbreded $h!t peddlers.

Real Estate "Gurus" would have absolutlely nothing to gain by sharing their "wealth building" strategies to total strangers for less than the "earning potential" they claim possible.

Why in the world would anyone train total strangers into making the kind of profits so often fraudulently claimed possible for only $6,000.00?

2. The chances of a happy and satisfied customer stumbling across a "consumer advocacy" site is slim to nada. Searching for complaints that can't be explained off or proven to the contrary are we?

3. Your dealing with NRI is UNPROVEN just like the many UNSUBSTANTIATED claims made by the many $h!t peddlers.

4. You're a virtual unknown.

5. Your rebuttal says or proves nothing about the initial report false or to the contrary.

6. If NRI truly believed that their program was not a scam, they would definitely have come forward and proven this report false or to the contrary a long time ago.

Only Five Reasonable Contingencies! Can This Company Pull It Off? Only Time Will Tell. LOL.

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

Hey there Everyone,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

WARNING: DO NOT purchase John Beck's Free and Clear Real Estate program. John Beck's Free and Clear program is a scam!

John Beck's Free and Clear program has been PROVEN fraudulent by myself, many others who have encountered the scam and their own unwillingness and inability to come forward and acknowledge and rectify complaints.

The fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute refuses to accept a simple challenge, which I have set fourth.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CHALLENGE: I am offering the John Beck Mentoring Institute 10X the purchase price for a tax lein property in my area.

1. Property must be absolutely "Free and Clear" of all leins encumbrances and right of redemption.

2. Property shall be clean.

3. The cost of the property shall not exceed $3,000.00, which is still much higher than many of the properties shown on Infomercial.

4. Property shall be in decent/standard living condition.

5. The home shall possess approximately 3500 sq. feet of living area and also include a decent sized back yard.

THERE YOU HAVE IT FOLKS! Only five simple and very reasonable stipulations and contingencies for a company which has enough confidence to charge thousands of dollars for their UNPROVEN "wealth building mentoring."

Now let's all kick back and see whether or not this company, which makes so many unsubstantiated claims, is going to finally come forward and back them up.

Let us all witness the John Beck Mentoring Institute's decision to either accept a $27,000.00 profit, or just continue to peddle their garbage (UNPROVEN success strategies) for whatever "available credit" one has on his or her credit card.

Advertising Says, Means Or Proves Nothing About A Business Or Its Reputation!

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

Hey there Everyone,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

WARNING: Financial Superstars is a fraudulent business. DO NOT allow any of the following to convince you or influence your beliefs otherwise.

1. THE LENGTH IN WHICH A BUSINESS HAS BEEN IN EXISTENCE: The duration of a business' existence says or proves nothing about the business.

Fraudulent businesses often use "scripted" propoganda in attempt to deceive (lure and trap) their victims into their non-binding and unenforceable contracts.

The Nigerian Scam for example, has been around for over three decades. Envelope stuffing has also been around since the early seventies and continues to flourish till this day.

2. INFOMERCIALS: Infomercials are PAID for. Businesses that pay to advertise via Infomercials are at liberty to make unsubstantiated claims, provided that a disclaimer is present throughout the PAID advertisement.

Fraudulent businesses that avertise via PAID Infomercials must post required disclaimers, but often literally opts. to "hide" the disclaimers in fine and blurry print. Disclaimers in fraudulent Infomercials are often just a mere flash on the screen.

3. BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU: Better Business Bureau memberships are paid for and literally mean nothing to consumers.

The Better Business Bureau takes no action on any individual consumers behalf and takes no action against their members (PAID members), until they have received NUMEROUS (possibly hundreds) of consumer complaints regarding unethical, deceiving or flat out fraudulent business practices.

Many businesses hang their store bought BBB plaque proudly as if it somehow meant and or proves something about their reputation, when in actuality, PAID Better Business Bureau memberships are no better than the very businesses that rip consumers off in the first place.

The Better Business Bureau is litterally a meaningless organization!

4. MERCHANT ACCOUNT: Same as the Better Business Bureau, in that it says, means or proves nothing regarding the legitimacy of a business or its reputation. Almost anyone can obtain a PAID merchant account.

5. HOTEL CONFERENCES: Another PAID venue to advertise which says, means or proves nothing regarding the legitimacy of a business or its reputation.

A few things that all of these businesses and means of advertising have in common are:

1. PAID for and DOES NOT say, mean or prove a d**n thing about a particular business or its reputation.

2. Often used to deceive the public into believing, that a product or service is legitimate or that the consumer is somehow protected and should feel safe in making a purchase. FALSE! FALSE! FALSE!

3. The more adamant or persistent a business seems to be about getting the word out, the more one can rest assured, that their product sucks or their program is nothing but a scam.

The thousands upon thousands of unacknowledged, unexplained and unresolved reports on this website alone, proves this rebuttal 100% accurate.

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

Hey there Everyone,

I am glad to hear, that the last two individuals who have posted rebuttals have realized, that this program was a scam and threw the tickets they've received in the rubbish can.

If this program were real, which it's obviously not, why would this company feel compelled to send a band of touring circus professionals to "mentor" total strangers to use their UNPROVEN "success strategies?

There is no such person or business marketing legitimate "wealth building" strategies.

TELEPHONE CONVERSATION WITH MIKE EVANS FROM THE FRAUDULENT JOHN BECK MENTORING INSTITUTE:

MIKE EVANS: If we were a scam, would we have been in business for 20 plus years?

REID: The length one is in business, says or proves nothing regarding the legitimacy of said business.

1. The Nigerian Scam has been around since the mid seventies.

2. Envelope Stuffing has been around since the mid seventies and still exists.

3. Product of incest Mike Evans failed to provide any proof regarding the success rate of students.

4. Incest boy Mike Evans was totally unwilling and unable to back up any of his claims. Every question I asked, was met with a "scripted" answer or EXCUSE.

The fact that Mike Evans (genetic imbreed) even mentioned 20 years clearly demonstrates his intention to deceive using a telephone "script".

Until next time, take care Everyone cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

P.S. Contact me Mike Evans. I am interested in being mentored by John Beck. NOT!!!!!!!

Same Address, New Name, Same Scam! ..

AUTHOR: Annette - (U.S.A.)

I just received an invitation plus two $149 VIP tickets in the mail for a financial conference. The mailing came from MIT 2230 N. University Parkway Bldg 5, Provo Utah. Looked on the internet and found little about the American Financial Celebrities seminar coming to Indianapolis on April 29, 2005. After finding a link about Reed West, President of the organization to your site, I threw it all away and would advise everyone else to do so. Looks like the same company described in other submittals on this website. Look out for anything coming in the mail from MIT in Provo, The Millionaire Next Door book, William Danko, James Smith, Dave Craig, Wayne Gray, Robert Bluhm, all presenters at the seminar and Reed West, President of MIT.

I was about to forward two VIP "free complimentary" tickets with a stated value of $149 each to a friend of mine and wanted to know more about the "America's Greatest Financial Super Stars"....At the Oakland Marriott in Oakland, California on Nov 18, 2004. Featuring Mr. Brian Tracy, author of "21 Success Secrets of Self-Made Millionaires" This Rip-Off report was very helpful. As a matter of fact I tore up the tickets and invitation before writing this. The other 5 speakers "All Live and in Person" are Brian Tracy, the author; James Smith, Nation's Top Trainer on Real Estate Investing; Phil Town, Nations Top Trainer in Investing; Wayne Gray, Highest Rates of Return Specialist; Robert Bluhm, Nationally Recognized Attorney on Asset Protection. That's all of them, the invitation was signed by Reed West, President - Financial Super Stars......The envelope was post marked...Salt Lake City, UT

A Riddle For Your Thought.

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

Hey there Jan,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

What's the difference between John Beck's materials/"mentoring" and a bucket of $h!t?

ANSWER: The bucket!

John Beck's programs cost the amount of available credit one has on his or her credit card. Awesome way to meaure the worth of ones program wouldn't you say?

Wouldn't it be great, if world class exotic automobile dealerships used the same method to determine the cost of their products? LOL.

Can you say s c a a a a a m?

I have to go for now, but would like to thank you Jan, for bringing these other con artists to everyone's attention. Hope you enjoyed my bucket of $h!t riddle, and wish you the best of luck in getting this situation resolved to the absolute best of your satisfaction.

Until next time, take care Jan and the rest of you cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

P.S. Keep in touch OK?
