Jamey Kolka Con Artist and Thief Orlando, Florida

Came across this little surprise yesterday after one of my friends discovered it. Apparently my current success after having lost everything has particularly gotten on someone's nerves. Although I suspect who the culprit is, as they prefer to hide in the shadows and spew hate I will be unable to ascertain unless they step up and admit their identity. I am and always have been an open book. That same number listed in this report has been my number, unchanged for years. Have an issue feel free to call me direct. I haven't disappeared, haven't ran and you can find me anywhere and everywhere. 

I have owned several companies. I lost a lot when the real estate bubble popped and also lost a nightclub. It took me a while to get back on my feet. But I did. I assisted in managing an investment company. We made some wise investments, and some terrible ones and ultimately got taken in by a ponzi. Others invested with us and we invested our own money - if I believe in something I'll show it by my actions. I was burned and so were others. I contacted authorities on my own volition to give whatever testimony could assist to catch those truly at fault. At this point two individuals have been incarcerated. Much of this is already out there in cyber space but here it is again. 

As far as my job history it is pretty easy to see my history doing mortgages and flipping houses. My ownership of a nightclub. My ownership of an investment company holding telecom and bandwidth licenses. Employment by an events and luxury real estate rental company as well as a marketing and promotion for everything from nightclubs to the medical field. I am an entrepreneur and am am fascinated by many different entities. I have taken some hits and I have floundered. But I am always here and always get back on my feet. 

All of this is searchable on public record or can be discovered in a quick search. Now, as far as borrowing money to come to Miami, petty theft of $200, and leaving because I had no friends, this makes this entire post belong on The Dirty. It's very easy to spread lies and to try to defame people these days with nothing but an anonymous claim. Ripoff Report should be ashamed of the manner in which they damage lives without the smallest bit of verification of claim. A company that purports to be a saving grace yet has a price to remove postings. Basic extortion at its best. Just the fact that my responding raises the ranking of this post encourages one to just hope it gets buried. But I will defend myself to the end and not let someone get away with a smear campaign. 

I have a good idea of who posted this and it likely has nothing to do with any of my business past and is rather a personal vendetta. I could fire back in the same way but I'm too busy working my butt off in the city I've always wanted to live in, making my dreams come true. Through 18 hour days and a positive vision I've taken a fresh start after losing everything to a company that grossed over 1.7 Million in just the time since this slanderous diatribe was written. 

So write what you want. It will only bring you down. My client list consists of billionaires, athletes, celebrities and some of the most influential people in the world. I love waking up every day to face a new challenge and meet more amazing people. It's never about how hard you hit but how hard you get hit and get back up. I refuse to even flinch.
